摘要: A display substrate, a driving method and a display device are described. The display substrate includes pixel groups that are repeatedly arranged. Each pixel group includes two first sub-pixels, two second sub-pixels, and two third sub-pixels. A first sub-pixel, a second sub-pixel, and a third sub-pixel are sequentially arranged in a first pixel row of each pixel group. Another third sub-pixel, another first sub-pixel, and another second sub-pixel are sequentially arranged in a second pixel row of each pixel group. A center line of any sub-pixel of the first pixel row and a center line of any sub-pixel of the second pixel row extend in a column direction and do not coincide with each other. The display substrate enables the display device to achieve a higher display resolution with a lower physical resolution.

摘要: Disclosed are a method and a device for discriminating a boundary of image, and a display panel, for effectively discriminating whether an image has a boundary and in which direction the boundary is. The method for discriminating the boundary of image comprises: receiving an image information to be discriminated to form a matrix of grayscale parameter values, and dividing, with a grayscale parameter value corresponding to a sub-image unit to be processed as a center, the matrix of grayscale parameter values into a n×n matrix and a (n+2)×(n+2) matrix (S101); determining respectively in the n×n matrix and the (n+2)×(n+2) matrix: a minimum gradient and a minimum standard deviation in a row direction, in a column direction, in a first diagonal direction, and in a second diagonal direction, dispersion with respect to the minimum standard deviation and dispersion with respect to the minimum gradient (S102; S103); outputting a first code value when the determined dispersion is greater than N multiples of a minimum corresponding thereto, outputting a second code value when the determined dispersion is smaller than the N multiples of the minimum corresponding thereto (S104); determining, based on an outputted code value, whether the image to be discriminated has a boundary and in which direction the boundary is (S105).

摘要: A pixel circuit is provided. A first terminal and a second terminal of a light-emitting sub-circuit are coupled to a first power supply terminal and a compensation sub-circuit respectively. A short-circuiting sub-circuit is coupled to the first terminal and the second terminal of, and short-circuits under control of a short-circuiting control terminal, the light-emitting sub-circuit. The compensation sub-circuit is coupled to a data voltage terminal, a reference voltage terminal, and a first electrode and a gate electrode of a driving transistor. The light-emitting sub-circuit emits a light of brightness in a level corresponding to a current flowing therethrough. The compensation sub-circuit loads, based on the data voltage terminal and the reference voltage terminal, a driving voltage related to a threshold voltage of the driving transistor onto the gate electrode of the driving transistor, such that a current flowing through the driving transistor is not influenced by its threshold voltage.

摘要: A display driving method and device and a display device are disclosed. The method includes: receiving an image signal to be displayed; converting the image signal to be displayed into a virtual pixel array formed by virtual sub-pixels of three colors, and determining the gray scale of each virtual sub-pixel; dividing three successive sub-pixels in a row direction into a pixel unit, and arranging a sampling area at a corresponding position of each pixel unit in the virtual pixel array; and determining the gray scale of the sub-pixel of each color in the pixel unit according to the gray scale of the virtual sub-pixel of each color covered by the sampling area.

摘要: The present invention provides a display method and a display panel. The display panel comprises a plurality of rows of sub-pixels, the adjacent sub-pixels in the column direction having different colors and being staggered from each other by ½ of the sub-pixel in the row direction. The display method comprises: S1, generating an original image composed of a matrix of virtual pixels; S2, enabling the virtual pixels to correspond to sampling locations, wherein each sampling location corresponds to a virtual pixel; each sampling location is located between every two adjacent rows of the sub-pixels, and corresponds to a location between two sub-pixels in one row and a central location of a sub-pixel in the other row; and S3, calculating a display component of each sub-pixel in accordance with original components of corresponding colors of virtual pixels corresponding to the sub-pixel. The present invention is suitable for high resolution display.

摘要: A display panel, a display method and a display device are disclosed; the display panel comprises sub pixel units of red (R), green (G), blue (B) and one other color (X), wherein the sub pixel units are arranged into a sub pixel unit array, the sub pixel units in the sub pixel unit array are all in a cross shape, the cross shape being constructed with rectangles with an aspect ratio of 3:1 in transverse and longitudinal directions, and the cross shape having equal lengths in the transverse and longitudinal directions; and respective sub pixel units in the sub pixel unit array are interlaced with each other sequentially and arranged periodically. The display panel makes the pixel structure more compact and the pixel sharing property more obvious.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to an image displaying method and a display apparatus wherein each of raw pixels is divided into a plurality of virtual pixels based on desired image resolution for displaying a frame to be displayed; virtual image information for each of the virtual pixels is determined based on weights of the respective sub-pixels in each of the virtual pixels, weights of the respective sub-pixels in the virtual pixels which are adjacent in rows and the received original image information; thus, each of the virtual pixels displays a color(s) which it lacks itself with the aid of the respective sub-pixels in the virtual pixels which are adjacent in rows, so that the same display function as that of each of the raw pixels may be implemented, and thus the image resolution of the frame to be displayed is increased.
