    摘要: In an example, a method includes receiving, at least one processor, a mesh model for an object, a first transformation matrix to apply to the mesh model to describe a first object for generation in additive manufacturing and a second transformation matrix to apply to the mesh model to describe a second object for generation in additive manufacturing. The method may further include determining, by at least one processor, if the first and second transformation matrices describe transformations which are equivalent in terms of mesh errors and, if so, inspecting the mesh model for mesh errors once for both the first and second transformation matrices.

    摘要: In one example, a representation of a volume of a part to be printed by an additive manufacturing system is generated, where the representation depicts a plurality of voxels. A plurality of slices of the representation are generated. Each slice relates to a plurality of voxels within a first plane. A first process is performed in respect of a slice of the plurality of slices, wherein in the first process at least one voxel that has a predetermined colour and is located on a predetermined surface of the part is identified and a data file is updated to include data representative of the identified at least one voxel. The first process is repeated in respect of another slice. A three-dimensional preview of the part to be printed is generated based on the data file.

    摘要: According to examples, an apparatus may include a processor and a memory on which is stored machine readable instructions that may cause the processor to identify a color of a portion of a 3D object to be fabricated from a 3D model and to determine, based on the identified color of the portion, a property of a thermal support, in which the property may affect a temperature of an area near build material particles used to form the portion. The instructions may cause the processor to instruct fabrication components to fabricate the thermal support having the determined property and the fabrication components to fabricate the 3D object. The thermal support may be fabricated at a location with respect to the portion to increase a temperature of a set of particles used to fabricate the portion during fabrication of the portion.

    摘要: According to examples, an apparatus may include a processor that may access information about a screen device having pores, in which the screen device is to be employed to filter liquid from a slurry composed of the liquid and material elements to form a part from the material elements. The processor may also access information about a main body, in which the main body is to support the screen device during formation of the part and has a plurality of openings that are larger than the pores in the screen device. The processor may identify, based on relative locations of the pores and the openings, pores that are to be removed from the screen device to increase uniformity of liquid flow through the pores across the screen device and may modify the accessed information about the screen device to remove the identified pores from the screen device.
