摘要: A percussion mechanism contains a guide tube, an exciter piston, a hammer, a pneumatic chamber for coupling the hammer to the motion of the exciter piston, a striker, and a seat for the striker. The hammer has a striking point, defined by a striking surface of the striker when the striker lies against the seat. A check valve has an outlet opening and a closing mechanism for closing the check valve against an air flow from the interior of the guide tube. The outlet opening is arranged in such a way that the outlet opening is closed by the hammer during striking operation and otherwise is open.

摘要: A hand-held machine tool includes a tool accept for mounting a chiseling tool on an operating axis. A pneumatic hammer mechanism includes a hammer mobile on an operating axis, an exciter, and a pneumatic chamber sealed by an exciter and the hammer, which couples the movement of the exciter to the hammer. The exciter is driven by a motor and moves back and forth between a frontal dead point distant from the tool and a dead point near the tool. A damper device includes a supercharger and a controlled outlet valve. The controlled outlet valve allows air to flow from the supercharger into the pneumatic chamber when the exciter is in the proximity of the dead point distant from the tool.

摘要: A control method for a bore-chiseling portable power tool for machining a substrate by a drill bit includes superimposing a periodic striking on the drill bit at an impact rate and a rotating of the tool holder at a rotational speed in a rotational direction, identifying a material of the substrate being machined by the drill bit by a sensor, adjusting the rotational speed and/or the rotational direction to a first rotational speed and a first rotational direction when the identified material is an iron-based material, and adjusting the rotational speed and/or the rotational direction to a second rotational speed and a second rotational direction when the identified material is a mineral material. The first rotational speed is less than the second rotational speed and the first rotational direction is counter-clockwise and the second rotational direction is clockwise.

摘要: A handheld power tool has a switchable gear component actuatable by a selector switch. The gear component moves from a first operating position into a second operating position. The selector switch has a first switching position associated with the first operating position and a second switching position associated with the second operating position, and movable so that intermediate positions are assumed. A traveling coupling between the selector switch and the gear component has a spring exerting force onto the gear component in the first direction. A locking bolt is coupled to the selector switch in a positively driven manner. In the intermediate positions, the locking bolt is moved into a blocking bolt position blocking movement of the gear component out of the first operating position into the second operating position. When the selector switch is in the second switching position, the locking bolt is in a releasing bolt position.

A ventilation opening 30 connects a cavity 29 situated between the striker 14 and the intermediate striker 22 to the environment. A valve 38 that closes the ventilation opening 30 is opened when actuated by the intermediate striker 22 when the intermediate striker 22 is moved into its working position counter to the striking direction 12.
