Abstract:
A distributed energy resources control apparatus for controlling power from a distributed energy resource in a system section separable from a power system includes a detecting unit, a receiving unit, and a control unit. The detecting unit detects a fault of the power system. The receiving unit receives a signal indicating authorization for the distributed energy resource to perform independent operation as linking with the system section, when the system section is separated from the power system. The control unit controls a power converter converting power from the distributed energy resource and outputting to the system section, based on measurement results of a voltage and a frequency of the system section, when the fault is detected and the signal is received.

A power demand regulation system has a power demand regulation device that regulates the load applied to equipment of an electrical power system by a load apparatus operating by means of power from the electrical power system, which supplies power to consumers. When regulating the load to the equipment, the power demand regulation device selects a load apparatus as the subject of a request for an alteration of operating state on the basis of by-apparatus load information, which is information of each load apparatus, and a regulation target value, which is the amount of load that is to be regulated, and, in the period from the start to the end of regulation, executes a plurality of times the outputting of an alteration request that requests the alteration of the operating state of the selected load apparatus.

Charging equipment and a charge control unit are provided, in which a plurality of devices mounted with battery can be simultaneously charged by the single charging equipment. Further, a method of controlling charge and a method of receiving charge are also provided. The charging equipment supplies electric power to the battery for charging, comprising a power output part which outputs DC power used for charging, a plurality of user operation units which can be connected with a vehicle equipped with a battery as a device mounted with battery, and the charge control unit which controls a power supply from the power output part to the user operation unit. Herein, the charge control unit distributes the electric power outputted from the power output part to supply the distributed power to the user operation unit connected with the vehicle.
