Abstract: In a fuel injection device, a driving unit structure has a magnetic aperture, in which an inner diameter is gradually enlarged toward the mover side, provided in an inner peripheral surface of the magnetic core. It is possible to reduce magnetic delay time upon valve opening from the supply of the electric current to the coil to the rise of magnetic flux and magnetic delay time upon valve closing from the stoppage of the electric current to the coil to reduction of magnetic flux, by providing a magnetic aperture in the inner peripheral surface of the magnetic core. Thus it is possible to improve the dynamic responsiveness upon valve opening and valve closing.

Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a high-pressure fuel supply pump having a structure capable of adjusting the moving speed of an anchor. Therefore, the high-pressure fuel supply pump of the present invention is provided with a protrusion that protrudes toward an anchor side on a fixed core facing surface of a fixed core. The protrusion is configured in such a manner that a minimum distance between the protrusion and an anchor facing surface is smaller than an axial gap dimension configured between the fixed core facing surface and the anchor facing surface in a direction along a central axis in a state where the anchor is stationary at the time of non-energization.

Abstract: A drive unit of a fuel injection device includes a driver circuit. Abstract: The purpose of the present invention is to provide a drive device that improves the precision of injection quantities by stabilizing the behavior of a valve body 214 under the condition that a valve body reaches a height position lower than a maximum height position and making the injection pulse width and the injection quantity gradient small. The present invention is a drive device for a fuel injection device for use in an internal combustion engine, wherein: the fuel injection device is provided with a valve body 214 that can open and close a fuel passage, a needle 202 that activates an opening and closing valve by transmitting power between itself and the valve body 214, and an electromagnet that comprises a solenoid 205 and a fixed core 207 provided as drive means for the needle 202, and a cylindrical nozzle holder 201 disposed on the outer peripheral side of the needle 202; and the drive device 150 controls a drive current flowing to the coil so as to decrease from the maximum drive current to a first drive current 610 that is lower than the maximum drive current before the valve body 214 reaches the maximum height position so that the valve body 214 reaches a height position lower than the maximum height position.

Abstract: The objective of the present invention is to correct deviation in the injection amount and changes in the injection timing when the voltage of a high-voltage source for a drive device decreases. This drive device for a fuel injection device is equipped with a function whereby, when the pulse width of the injection pulse is set to an energization time 815 that closes a valve after a drive current has been switched to a maintenance current, the injection pulse width when the voltage of a high-voltage source has decreased is corrected so as to be longer than the injection pulse width when the voltage of the high-voltage source has not decreased, and, when the pulse width of the injection pulse is set to an energization time 804′ that closes the valve before the drive current has been switched to the maintenance current, the absolute value of the amount of correction of the injection pulse width is made smaller than when the injection pulse width is set to the energization time 815 that closes the valve after the drive current has been switched to the maintenance current.

Therefore, in a control device for controlling a high-pressure fuel supply pump including: an anchor; a fixed core configured to attract the anchor with an electromagnetic force; a suction valve configured to be opened or closed when the anchor is sucked by the fixed core; and an electromagnetic force generation unit configured to generate the electromagnetic force when applied with a driving voltage, it can be achieved by providing a control unit configured to perform control to lower a driving current from a peak current before a timing at which the anchor is sucked by the fixed core and collides in an operation state where an engine is under no load and an engine rotation speed is equal to or less than a set rotation speed.

Abstract: Provided is a control device of a fuel injection device which can stabilize a behavior of a valve even when a voltage of a voltage source varies, and can reduce a deviation of an injection amount. The fuel injection device includes a valve and a coil which generates a magnetic attraction force to attract a movable element which drives the valve. A control device applies a predetermined voltage to the coil on the basis of an injection pulse, causes a drive current to flow to the coil until the drive current reaches a maximum current, drives the valve by attracting the movable element, and injects fuel. The drive current flowing to the coil is lowered from the maximum current before the valve reaches a desired maximum lift position, and a constant voltage lower than a predetermined voltage or 0 V is continuously applied to the coil until the valve reaches the desired maximum lift position.

The filter has a gain of about zero at a predetermined frequency. The detection unit detects operation of the electromagnetic valve on the basis of an output of the filter upon input of the digital signal into the filter.
