    摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a vehicle body bottom structure capable of more reliably protecting a battery pack at a time of a side collision of a vehicle. A vehicle body bottom structure of the present invention includes a battery pack disposed below a floor panel, a side sill extending in a vehicle front-rear direction outside in a vehicle width direction and a battery side frame allowing the side sill to support the battery pack, wherein the battery side frame has a lower surface positioned outside in the vehicle width direction and positioned lower than a support portion for the battery pack, the support portion being formed inside in the vehicle width direction of the battery side frame.

    摘要: A battery pack including a battery and a battery case is attached under a floor of a vehicle. The battery case includes a bottom plate and side frames. Each side frame includes a protection region, a vertical rib and a deformation region arranged in this order from inside to outside. The deformation region is provided with a first plate having a first buckling point and connected to a first portion of the vertical rib, a second plate having a second buckling point at a same position as the first buckling point in a vertical direction and connected to a second portion of the vertical rib, and a third plate connected to the first buckling point and a third portion of the vertical rib and located between the first and second portions. A length between the first and third portions is shorter than a length between the second and third portions.

    摘要: A battery pack is mounted on a vehicle. The battery pack has a battery, and a battery case accommodating the battery. The battery case includes a base plate on which the battery is placed, a frame member joined to an outer edge of the base plate, and a cover covering the battery and attached to the frame member via a sealing member. The frame member includes a protection region located on an inner side with respect to the sealing member, and a deformation region located on an outer side with respect to the sealing member. The base plate is joined to the frame member in the protection region, and a tip end of the base plate extends to at least the deformation region when viewed in a cross section.

    摘要: A vehicle body lower structure includes a battery case, a side sill, and a case-mounting frame. The case-mounting frame has a frame main body portion and a battery case reception flange. The battery case reception flange extends to an inward side in a vehicle width direction from the frame main body portion and is joined to a lower surface of a bottom wall of the battery case. A battery support frame extending in a vehicle body forward-rearward direction and supporting a battery is fixed to the bottom wall of the battery case. A recessed portion protruding downward is provided between a joint portion with respect to the battery case reception flange and a joint portion with respect to the battery support frame in the bottom wall of the battery case.

The battery tray includes a battery disposition region, a right impact-absorbing region, and a left impact-absorbing region. A battery module is placed in a battery disposition region. The left and right impact-absorbing regions are provided on outer sides of the battery disposition region in the vehicle width direction. The right frame and the left frame are formed to be thinner than the right and left impact-absorbing regions. Further, an easily deformable portion is formed at a lower portion of the right and left impact-absorbing regions.

The vehicle body bottom structure includes a dash lower for partitioning a vehicle compartment and a power mounted room as well as partitioning the vehicle compartment and a wheel house, a front pillar erected at a vehicle-widthwise end portion of the dash lower, and a gusset bridged between the dash lower and the front pillar, wherein the gusset is joined to the dash lower at one end thereof, and is spaced further from the dash lower the nearer to the front pillar, to be joined to the front pillar at the other end thereof, and wherein a crushing space is formed in a portion surrounded by the dash lower, the front pillar, and the gusset.
