    Abstract: A rotating electrical machine includes a rotor and a stator. A first end plate includes a first refrigerant discharge hole which communicates with a second refrigerant flow path hole and supplies refrigerant to a first coil end and a first groove portion which supplies the refrigerant supplied from a refrigerant flow path to a first refrigerant flow path hole and does not supply the refrigerant to the first refrigerant discharge hole and the second refrigerant flow path hole. A second end plate includes a second refrigerant discharge hole which supplies the refrigerant to a second coil end and a second groove portion which supplies the refrigerant supplied from the first refrigerant flow path hole to the second refrigerant flow path hole and supplies the refrigerant to the second refrigerant discharge hole.

    Abstract: A rotor core has a rotational axis. A permanent magnet has a polygonal shape viewed along the rotational axis. The rotor core includes a magnet insertion hole defined by an inner wall. The polygonal shape includes first to third sides. The magnet insertion hole includes: a first space provided between the first side and the inner wall; a second space provided between the second side and the inner wall; and an injection portion, a first communication portion, and a second communication portion provided between the third side and the inner wall; viewed along the rotational axis. The first communication portion and the second communication portion connect the injection portion to the first space and the second space, respectively. The first communication portion has a first length along the third side. The second communication portion has a second length along the third side which is equal to the first length.

    Abstract: A rotary electric machine apparatus includes a drive motor and a power generator. The drive motor and the power generator each include a stator. The stator includes a stator core and stator coils. The stator core has a plurality of slots which extend through the stator in an axis direction of the stator and which are disposed in a circumferential direction of the stator with a predetermined interval. The stator coils for a plurality of phases are each disposed in the plurality of slots as a distributed winding. The drive motor is provided such that a shift direction of the stator coils and a torque direction of the drive motor are opposite to each other. The power generator is provided such that the shift direction of the stator coils and a torque direction of the power generator are a same as each other.

    Abstract: An insulating paper (40) is inserted into a slot (13) of a stator core (10) of a rotary electric machine and insulates between the stator core (10) and a stator coil (20) disposed in the slot (13). An insulating member (40) comprises a sheet-shaped insulating base material (50), and a first adhesive layer (60A) which is provided on a first surface (50a) of the insulating base material (50) and which is formed of an adhesive. The first adhesive layer (60A) is provided with an exposed section (61) which extends in the axial direction of the stator core (10) and in which the insulating base material (50) is exposed from the adhesive.
