摘要: A fault detection apparatus includes a temperature detection unit, a current detection unit, a controller, and a breaking unit. The temperature detection unit is configured to detect temperatures of the plurality of filter capacitors and output the temperatures to the controller. The current detection unit is coupled to the plurality of filter capacitors and is configured to detect currents of the plurality of filter capacitors and output the currents to the controller. The controller is separately connected to the temperature detection unit, the current detection unit, and the breaking unit, and is configured to: when the received temperature exceeds a first threshold and the received current exceeds a second threshold, control the breaking unit to be disconnected. The breaking unit is connected between the output end of the grid-tied inverter and the plurality of filter capacitors and is configured to be disconnected or connected under control of the controller.

摘要: A power converter including a drive circuit connected to a power conversion circuit. The drive circuit is configured to: amplify a control signal from the controller, drive a switching tube in the power conversion circuit to be turned on or off, to implement power conversion of the power conversion circuit. 摘要: A bonding structure and a power device. The bonding structure includes a first power unit and at least two bonding wires. At least one end of the bonding wire is connected to the first power unit through bonding. Projections that are of lead paths of the at least two bonding wires and that are on a preset plane have at least one intersection point. Spatial cross wire bonding is performed on the bonding wires, so that lead paths of the bonding wires form an angle with each other, thereby weakening electromagnetic force between the bonding wires. Therefore, fatigue due to fluctuating stress of the bonding wires can be alleviated, service lives of the bonding wires can be prolonged, and bonding effect can be ensured to a maximum extent.

Heat generated by the inductor can be dissipated after being transmitted to each surface of the housing through the thermally conductive packaging material.
