Abstract: Examples of power conversion devices and control methods are described. In one example, a power conversion device includes direct current buses, an inverter circuit, and a controller. After the power conversion device switches from a high voltage ride through state to a low voltage ride through state, the controller controls a change rate of an output active current of the inverter circuit to be a first change rate in a first time interval and a second change rate in a second time interval respectively in a low voltage ride through reactive current response process. The second change rate is greater than the first change rate. A sum of first interval duration of the first time interval and second interval duration of the second time interval is less than or equal to a low voltage ride through reactive current response duration threshold.

Abstract: A three-level boost converter and a control method. The three level flying-capacitor boost converter includes: an inductor, a flying capacitor, a controller, a first switching transistor and a second switching transistor as primary power transistors. When a voltage of the flying capacitor is less than or equal to a half of a bus voltage, a first driving signal is sent to the first switching transistor, and a second driving signal is sent to the second switching transistor; or when a voltage of the flying capacitor is greater than a half of a bus voltage, a first driving signal is sent to the second switching transistor, and a second driving signal is sent to the first switching transistor. The bus voltage is an output voltage Vo of the three-level boost converter.

Abstract: An energy storage system includes at least two power conversion systems PCSs, output terminals of the at least two PCSs are connected in parallel to connect to an alternating current power grid, and input terminals of the at least two PCSs are connected to an energy storage power supply. The first PCS is any one of the at least two PCSs. The voltage detection circuit detects a power grid voltage at a parallel connection point of the output terminals of the at least two PCSs. When determining, based on the power grid voltage at the parallel connection point, that islanding occurs in the alternating current power grid, the controller adjusts an angle of an output voltage of the first PCS to a reference angle, so that angles of output voltages of the at least two PCSs are the same.

Abstract: A packaged power semiconductor device includes a power semiconductor wafer, a heat conduction layer, and a heat sink that are sequentially stacked, and a sealing part configured to wrap and seal the power semiconductor wafer and at least part of the heat conduction layer. The packaged power semiconductor device further includes a pin, where the pin includes a connection segment wrapped inside the sealing part, and an extension segment located outside the sealing part. The connection segment is electrically connected to the power semiconductor wafer, and a shortest distance between the extension segment and a first outer surface is greater than a creepage distance corresponding to a highest working voltage of the power semiconductor wafer. This can avoid a creepage phenomenon of the pin by limiting a distance between the first outer surface and the extension segment that is of the pin and that is exposed outside the sealing part.

Abstract: An inverter and an inverter control method. The inverter includes an inverter system and a controller. The inverter system includes an inverter circuit, positive and negative direct current buses, a bus capacitor, and a balancing circuit. The inverter is configured to: when a user connects to an unbalanced load, control the balancing circuit based on different magnitudes of voltage fluctuation generated by the unbalanced load for the bus capacitor, to implement a function of jointly sharing current fluctuation by the bus capacitor and the balancing circuit, and reduce design costs of the bus capacitor and the balancing circuit.

Abstract: A photovoltaic system, a relay detection method, and a power supply system. When a fault, for example, sticking of the relay is detected, the controller stops sending a PWM driver gating signal to the inverter, and stops driving of a switch transistor in the inverter, and the inverter stops outputting power, and then determines whether a voltage difference between two ends of the relay is greater than a preset value, to determine whether the relay is faulty. The controller stops sending the PWM driver gating signal to the inverter only within a preset phase range of a voltage of the filter capacitor, to ensure that the voltage of the filter capacitor has a large value. Because the voltage of the filter capacitor is large, an alternating current grid-to-ground voltage is pulled up, to avoid detecting the fault as an alternating current grid-to-ground short circuit.

Abstract: A power converter includes a power conversion circuit, a bus capacitor, and a controller. A direct current input end of the power conversion circuit is configured to connect to a direct current power supply through a direct current bus. An alternating current output end of the power conversion circuit is configured to connect to an alternating current power grid through a point of common coupling (PCC). The controller is configured to: in response to that a difference between a voltage across two ends of the positive bus capacitor and a voltage across two ends of the negative bus capacitor is greater than a specified threshold, control the power converter to inject a second harmonic current into the alternating current power grid, to reduce the difference between the voltage across the two ends of the positive bus capacitor and the voltage across the two ends of the negative bus capacitor.
