    摘要: A sensor device for use in detecting current in a conductor is provided. The sensor includes a non-magnetic substrate defining an aperture structured to receive a conductor therein, a coil comprising a plurality of turns wound about at least a portion of the substrate, and a housing for enclosing the substrate and coil. The housing includes a dielectric material having a dielectric constant and positioned adjacent to the coil and at least partially within the aperture such that the dielectric material is disposed between the coil and the conductor when the conductor is received through the aperture and at least one spacer coupled to the aperture to facilitate maintaining a position of the coil relative to the conductor, wherein each of the spacers is positioned offset from the dielectric material such that each of the spacers does not radially extend between the coil and the conductor.

    摘要: An electrostatic shield for controlling the electrostatic field between a high voltage conductor and a low voltage conductor in an instrument transformer is provided. The instrument transformer has a current transformer and a voltage transformer. The current transformer has a split core which includes a first core segment and a second core segment. When the first core segment adjoins the second core segment, a current transformer is formed, having a core formed from the first and second core segments. The high voltage conductor runs between the first and second core segments of the current transformer. The first core segment is encapsulated in a polymer resin and when encapsulated, forms a first encasement. The second core segment has a low voltage winding mounted thereon. The electrostatic shield is disposed between the low voltage winding and the high voltage conductor. A second encasement is formed by encapsulating the electrostatic shield, low voltage winding and second core segment in a polymer resin.

    摘要: Disclosed is a large-current transformer for an electronic round power meter, including a current sampling coil (2) and a current stick (1), where the current stick is a slotted stick, a middle section of the slotted stick is sleeved with the current sampling coil, inner slots at two ends of the slotted stick are inlaid with a first current insert (8) and a second current insert (10) respectively. The current transformer is easy to mount, has a reliable connection, a low temperature increase, high precision, and a low cost. A method of making the large-current transformer for an electronic round power meter includes: stamping a copper sheet into a flat current connector and a U-shaped current stick; where the U-shaped current stick passes through an inner hole of the current sampling coil, the flat current connector is inserted into inner slots at two ends of the U-shaped current stick, and the flat current connector is riveted firmly with the U-shaped current stick by means of riveting or spot welding. The method has fewer processes, high efficiency, and is suitable for large-batch production.
