摘要: The present invention discloses a downlink interference management method, applied to interference coordination between a serving base station of a cell serving at least one first user equipment and a neighboring-cell base station of the cell, including: obtaining, by the serving base station, downlink interference overload information, where the downlink interference overload information is used to indicate an interfered-with transmission resource of the first user equipment; and sending, by the serving base station, the downlink interference overload information to the neighboring-cell base station, so that the neighboring-cell base station performs interference coordination on the transmission resource. The downlink interference overload information sent by the serving base station to the neighboring-cell base station may instruct the neighboring-cell base station to perform interference coordination on the interfered-with transmission resource.

摘要: A method for allocating radio resources, a base station, and a system are provided. The method includes: acquiring statistical average user satisfaction of each access point in a relay cell, where the access point includes the base station and a relay node in the relay cell, the average user satisfaction is an average ratio of a total user rate obtained by an access point to a total user rate required by the access point, where the average ratio is in a statistical period; and when a difference between the statistical average user satisfaction of the base station and the statistical average user satisfaction of each relay node approaches a preset value, determining a resource partitioning weight of each access point; and calculating radio resources of each access point according to the resource partitioning weight of each access point, and allocating the radio resources to each access point.

摘要: Embodiments of the present invention provide a method and an apparatus for dynamic spectrum management. The method includes: determining a reusable spectrum for one of multiple cell links in a network according to co-frequency indication information, where the co-frequency indication information is used to indicate reusable levels of spectrums of other cell links for each cell link in the multiple cell links; and updating a spectrum configuration of the one of the multiple cell links by using the reusable spectrum of the one of the multiple cell links. By determining a reusable spectrum for a specific cell link according to co-frequency indication information, embodiments of the present invention can locally adjust the spectrum configuration of the specific cell link, thereby reducing a spectrum configuration overhead while increasing network capacity and reducing inter-cell interference.
