    Abstract: This application discloses a quick acknowledgement reply method and apparatus, where the method includes the following steps: receiving, by an acknowledgement sending apparatus, a data frame sent by an acknowledgement receiving apparatus; and after successfully decoding the data frame, generating and replying with, by the acknowledgement sending apparatus, an acknowledgement ACK frame, where the ACK frame includes a physical layer part; and the physical layer part includes: a legacy short training field L-STF, a legacy long training field L-LTF, and identification information of a station. This application is advantageous in low overheads.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a radio resource optimization and management method, a centralized controller, and a base station. In the method, the centralized controller determines a work status series and a work policy series of each cell during a first time period; and sends the work status series and the work policy series of each cell to each cell, so that each cell adjusts resources of this cell according to the work status series and the work policy series, thereby enhancing a network KPI at a large time granularity by means of distributed cell coordination while ensuring local KPI performance of each cell. In contrast with distributed coordination optimization in a single coordination state, the present invention provides a higher degree of freedom in terms of a time dimension, and therefore provides better performance in terms of a network KPI at a large time granularity.

The method includes: obtaining, by a network side device, measurement information of multiple terminals in a serving cell and an average service volume of each of the multiple terminals, and determining service distribution, where the measurement information includes first channel state values of channels between the multiple terminals and a primary cell, the primary cell refers to the serving cell or one of neighboring cells of the serving cell, the service distribution includes a first typical channel state value of each type of the first channel state values and a first service volume between a terminal set corresponding to each type of the first channel state values and the primary cell, and the first service volume is determined according to the average service volume of each terminal.

    Abstract: The embodiments of the present invention provide a method, a device and a system for common channel processing, and the method includes: generating a first set of common channel spectrum candidates according to location information of available sub-carriers and attribute information of the available sub-carriers retrieved from a first database of spectrum statuses; transmitting the first set of the common channel spectrum candidates to a terminal; and determining candidate sub-channels for common channels from a third set of common channel spectrum candidates returned by the terminal, so as to generate and transmit a set of common channel spectrums to the terminal. With the embodiments of the present invention, the base station and the terminal acquire respectively local sub-carriers which are available currently, and perform spectrum negotiation. A set of common channel spectrums is determined by the base station, and a common channel mechanism is enabled in a dynamic spectrum environment.

According to the embodiments of the present invention, a first base station obtains a valid backhaul capability of a neighboring base station, where the neighboring base station is a base station that can perform wireless communication with the first base station, and the valid backhaul capability reflects a maximum capability of a base station to serve a newly-added backhaul service; the first base station selects an upstream base station from the neighboring base station according to the valid backhaul capability of the neighboring base station and a backhaul service requirement for the first base station, where the upstream base station is configured to provide a wireless backhaul relay service for the first base station; and the first base station establishes a wireless backhaul connection with the upstream base station.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides an access control method and apparatus, and a network device. The method includes: performing grid partitioning on a target cell covered by a wireless access point, to obtain multiple grids; grouping, based on a neighboring cell of the target cell, grids that satisfy a preset condition in the multiple grids into one or more interference clusters; calculating an access offset of each of the interference clusters; and sending, to a user in each interference cluster, an access offset of a corresponding interference cluster, so that the user selects a cell based on the access offset of the corresponding interference cluster. Grids of a target cell are grouped into interference clusters according to signal to interference plus noise ratios, and an access offset is set for each interference cluster, to ensure service quality and improve user experience.

The method includes: predicting a traffic distribution of terminal(s) in each cell of multiple cells; generating multiple frequency spectrum allocation schemes for the multiple cells according to the traffic distribution of the terminal(s) in each cell, wherein each frequency spectrum allocation scheme comprises frequency spectrum(s) allocated for each cell; selecting a frequency spectrum allocation scheme superior to a current frequency spectrum allocation scheme of the multiple cells from the multiple frequency spectrum allocation schemes according to at least two network performance indicators of a network in which the multiple cells are located; and allocating frequency spectrum(s) for the multiple cells using the selected frequency spectrum allocation scheme. The present invention improves the utilization rate of the frequency spectrum and optimizes the multiple network performance indicators at the same time.

In an embodiment, the method may include receiving, by a base station, a downlink signal interference value that is sent by at least one UE associated with the base station and capability information of the at least one UE. The method may also include determining, by the base station, a belonging type of the at least one UE according to the downlink signal interference value and the capability information, and determining a duplex mode of the at least one UE according to the belonging type. Furthermore, the method may include allocating, based on the duplex mode, a resource to the at least one UE, and then sending the resource to the UE.
