    Abstract: This application provides an antenna unit and an electronic device. A signal at a C-mode port and a signal at a D-mode port of a same loop antenna in any antenna unit are respectively excited by using two feeds, and the antenna unit is electrically symmetrically disposed, so that the signal at the C-mode port is self-cancelled at the D-mode port, and the signal at the D-mode port is self-cancelled at the C-mode port, to implement signal isolation between the two ports and interference self-cancel, and the signal at the C-mode port and the signal at the D-mode port can be complementary to each other in different radiation directions, to implement two antennas with high isolation and a low envelope correlation coefficient ECC based on the same loop antenna.

An example electronic device includes an antenna structure, wherein the antenna structure includes: a first radiator and a second radiator, wherein the first radiator includes a first end and a second end, and the second radiator includes a first end and a second end.     Abstract: A congestion control method and an apparatus are disclosed. The method includes: after a sending device generates an unscheduled data packet of a first flow, if it is determined, based on an unscheduled packet send window shared by all flows, that the unscheduled data packet meets a sending condition, determining whether to request to add a quota for at least one of the unscheduled packet send window and a scheduled packet send window corresponding to the first flow; and if it is determined that the quota is requested to be added for the at least one of the unscheduled packet send window and the scheduled packet send window corresponding to the first flow, setting indication information in the unscheduled data packet, and sending, to a receiving device, the unscheduled data packet in which the indication information is set.
