Abstract: A control plane network entity for providing a multicast/broadcast service for one or more user equipments in a cellular communication network is provided. The control plane network entity is configured to: receive a session setup request for a multicast/broadcast session for the user equipments, wherein the session setup request comprises one or more identifiers identifying the user equipments and/or one or more spatial regions the user equipments are located in; select one or more access and mobility management function entities of the cellular communication network based on the one or more identifiers for providing the multicast/broadcast session to the user equipments; and send a user plane session setup request to the selected one or more access and mobility management function entities. Moreover, the disclosure relates to a user plane network entity and a radio access network node for anchoring and providing a multicast/broadcast service respectively.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure disclose example user equipment and a base station for communication in a wireless communication network. A communication configuration of the user equipment is defined by the configuration information using a second communication resource. The communication configuration is used for communicating with at least one of the base station or a further user equipment. In the further user equipment case, the configuration information includes at least one of BWP configuration, resource pool configuration, QCL configuration, HARQ configuration, preemption configuration, grant configuration, activation configuration, or release configuration.

Abstract: This application provides a sidelink communication device, a network management entity, and methods for sidelink resource pool selection. The radio resource pool configuration information comprises a correspondence of one or more possible physical motion parameters to one or more radio resource pools or a correspondence of one or more flow identities to one or more radio resource pools. The network management entity also transmits the radio resource pool configuration information to one or more sidelink communication devices.
