    Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for a programmable input impedance circuit for a radio frequency (RF) low noise amplifier (LNA) including a high impedance mode circuit and a low impedance mode circuit. The high impedance mode circuit includes an inductor-degenerated transconductor transistor, an inductor selectively coupled between a source of the inductor-degenerated transconductor transistor and a ground, and a capacitor coupled between a gate of the inductor-degenerated transconductor transistor and the source of the inductor-degenerated transconductor transistor. The low impedance mode circuit includes a shunt resistor selectively coupled between an RF input source and an alternating current (AC) ground.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to single-ended-to-differential amplifiers and radio frequency receivers. One example single-ended-to-differential amplifier includes a first inverting amplifier, a second inverting amplifier, and a third inverting amplifier. Both an input end of the first inverting amplifier and an input end of the second inverting amplifier are coupled to an input end of the single-ended-to-differential amplifier, an output end of the first inverting amplifier is coupled to an input end of the third inverting amplifier, an output end of the second inverting amplifier is coupled to a first output end of the single-ended-to-differential amplifier, and an output end of the third inverting amplifier is coupled to a second output end of the single-ended-to-differential amplifier. An impedance element is coupled between the input end of the first inverting amplifier and the output end of the first inverting amplifier.

    Abstract: The disclosure relates to technology for an apparatus having a current conveyer comprising a first stage having a first differential input, and a second stage having a second differential input. The first and second stages are configured to operate in a push-pull mode to provide an output signal at a current conveyer output between the first stage and the second stage. The apparatus has a first frequency mixer configured to generate a first mixer signal based on an input signal and an oscillator signal having a first frequency. The first frequency mixer is configured to provide the first mixer signal to the first differential input. The apparatus has a second frequency mixer configured to generate a second mixer signal based on the input signal and a second oscillator signal having the first frequency.
