Embodiments of the present invention provide a ProSe information transmission method, a terminal, and a communications device, where the method includes: acquiring, by a second terminal, a fourth code word broadcast by a first terminal, where the fourth code word is a code word that is allocated to the first terminal by a first ProSe entity; sending, by the second terminal, a first message to a second ProSe entity when the fourth code word matches a prestored code word, where the first message carries the fourth code word and a first application identity; receiving, by the second terminal, a second message sent by the second ProSe entity, where the second message carries a second identity; and discovering, by the second terminal, a first application user according to the second identity. The present invention is applicable to the communications field.

A connection management method includes: accessing, by UE, a network using a first base station, where the UE is in an RRC inactive state; accessing, by the UE, a network using a second base station, where the second base station does not support the RRC inactive state; and sending, by the UE, a first request message to a first core network entity using the second base station, so that the first core network entity releases a connection to the first base station based on the first request message.

Embodiments of the present invention provide a service processing method and device. The service processing method includes: receiving a first message, where the first message includes first information of a first network slice, a priority corresponding to the first information, second information of a second network slice, and a priority corresponding to the second information; and preferentially processing a service of the high-priority network slice based on the priorities when a service of the first network slice collides with a service of the second network slice. In the embodiments of this application, a terminal determines the first information of the first network slice, the priority corresponding to the first information, the second information of the second network slice, and the priority corresponding to the second information, to preferentially process the service of the high-priority network slice based on the priorities when the service of the first network slice collides with the service of the second network slice. In this way, the terminal can preferentially process a service request of an emergency or important network slice.

Embodiments of this application provide a transmission path switching method and apparatus. When a transmission path is switched, a currently used data transmission path is not directly switched from a first transmission path to a second transmission path after the second transmission path is configured, but after it is further determined that a first condition is met, the currently used data transmission path is switched from the first transmission path to the second transmission path, to avoid data interruption in a process of switching a data transmission path of an application from the first transmission path to the second transmission path. This application discloses a network access method and device. The method includes: receiving, by a first management entity, a first request message sent by a first terminal, where the first request message includes at least a first identifier of a second terminal; determining, by the first management entity based on a first condition, whether the second terminal can access a network by using the first terminal, where the first condition includes at least that the first identifier of the second terminal belongs to a list of at least one terminal having a trust relationship with the first terminal, and the list includes at least a first identifier of the at least one terminal having the trust relationship with the first terminal; and when the first condition is satisfied, sending, by the first management entity, a second message to the second terminal, where the second message is used to indicate that the second terminal can access the network by using the first terminal. Legality of access by a wearable device to a network by using a user terminal can be authenticated by using the method and device in this application.

The present invention provides a data transmission method, a device, and a system. The method includes: receiving, by a relay device, first downlink data sent by a gateway; obtaining a first service identifier of the first downlink data; obtaining, according to a first mapping relationship between a service identifier and per packet priority PPP information, first PPP information corresponding to the first service identifier; and forwarding, by the relay device, the first downlink data to a remote device according to the first PPP information. PPP information of a downlink data packet can be accurately and quickly obtained, and a rate and accuracy of downlink data transmission are improved.
