摘要: An apparatus for cleaning a lidar sensor may include: a contaminant detector configured to detect a contaminant adhering to a window cover of the lidar sensor; a rotator configured to rotate the window cover; a cleaner configured to clean the window cover; and a controller configured to control the rotator to rotate the window cover to a cleaning region for removing the contaminant, and control the cleaner to remove the contaminant, when the contaminant is detected by the contaminant detector.

The LIDAR sensor apparatus includes a transmitter configured to transmit a laser, first and second receivers each configured to receive a reflected signal reflected from an object after the laser is transmitted through the transmitter, a control unit configured to calculate first and second distances by performing signal processing on first and second signals received from the first and second receivers after the laser is transmitted through the transmitter, and to calculate an intermediate distance by performing signal processing on an overlapping signal obtained by overlapping the first and second signals, and an output unit configured to output the first and second distances and the intermediate distance calculated by the control unit.

摘要: Provided is a lidar device for a vehicle including an optical transmitter configured to transmit an outgoing optical signal, an optical receiver configured to receive a plurality of return optical signals incident in different directions, at least one temperature sensor configured to identify a temperature of the lidar device, and a processor operatively coupled with the optical transmitter, the optical receiver, and the at least one temperature sensor. The processor is configured to control the optical transmitter to transmit the outgoing optical signal configured to detect an object, receive an object optical signal, reflected by the object, through the optical receiver, identify a temperature of the lidar device through the temperature sensor in response to the identifying of intensity of the object optical signal being less than reference intensity, and adjust a bandpass of an optical filter of the optical receiver based on the temperature of the lidar device.

摘要: A lidar sensor may include: a transmitter configured to transmit laser; a receiver configured to receive reflected laser; a mirror rotating unit configured to rotate a mirror in a designated direction, the mirror serving to reflect the transmitted or received laser; a cleaning device driving unit configured to drive a cleaning device to remove foreign matters adhering to the cover of the lidar sensor; a signal processing unit configured to determine when or where the lidar sensor is covered and calculate a distance to an object; and a control unit configured to control the transmitter not to transmit a laser signal or control a rotational velocity or rotation time of the mirror at a point of time that the lidar sensor is covered by the cleaning device, and control detection or utilization of the received signal when the distance to the object is calculated.

摘要: A object detection apparatus may include: an object detection sensor having a cover for protecting the object detection sensor from foreign matter, and configured to sense a target object by transmitting a scan signal to the target object and receiving a sensing signal reflected from the target object; a protection film part including a protection film disposed on an outer surface of the cover to prevent contamination of the cover by foreign matter; and a control unit configured to replace the protection film disposed on the outer surface of the cover through a winding operation for the protection film part when a protection film replacement condition is satisfied due to contamination of the protection film, in order to prevent a reduction in sensing performance of the object detection sensor due to contamination by foreign matter.
