摘要: An apparatus for controlling a low-voltage DC-to-DC converter of a vehicle for converting high-voltage power into low-voltage power may include a signal selector for selecting and outputting one of a charging-oriented voltage command for charging the battery or a preset burst mode voltage command for operation of the low-voltage DC-to-DC converter in a burst mode in which the battery cannot be charged, a battery charge/discharge current limiter for generating a voltage command compensation value for limiting charge current of the battery when the signal selector outputs the charging-oriented voltage command and limiting discharge current of the battery when the signal selector outputs the burst mode voltage command, and a controller for controlling an output voltage of the low-voltage DC-to-DC converter to follow a compensated voltage command generated by applying the voltage command compensation value to the voltage command output by the signal selector.

摘要: Disclosed is an on-board charging system in which, when a plurality of charging circuits is connected in parallel between input and output terminals, operation timings of switching circuits in the respective charging circuits are interlocked to minimize ripples of an input alternating current. The on-board charging system includes: a plurality of charging circuits configured to each have a power factor correction circuit portion for correcting a power factor of alternating current input power by pulse width modulation control of a switching element and to be connected in parallel with each other between an input terminal of the AC input power and an output terminal connected to an object to be charged; and a controller configured to interlock the switching elements to generate a PWM control signal for performing PWM control.

摘要: Disclosed is a charging apparatus mounted in a vehicle. The charging apparatus includes at least two power modules parallel to each other to convert input power applied from an outside into a charging power for charging a high-voltage battery, at least two slave controllers that outputs information about whether each of the power modules enters a constant-voltage charging mode, based on the charging power output from the power modules, and a master controller that determines whether the at least two power modules enter the constant-voltage charging mode by utilizing the information, which is received from the slave controllers, about whether each of the power modules enters the constant-voltage charging mode, wherein the master controller controls such that one of the power modules is operated when the power modules enter the constant-voltage charging mode.

摘要: An active rectifier for a wireless power transfer system includes: a first rectifying circuit; a second rectifying circuit; a first switching circuit and a second switching circuit. The first rectifying circuit, the second rectifying circuit, the first switching circuit, and the second switching circuit are arranged in a form of a bridge circuit between a secondary coil of a vehicle and a battery of the vehicle, and the active rectifier controls the first and second switching circuits according to a charging status of the battery or an output status of the wireless power transfer system in order to change or maintain a charging power to the battery.

摘要: A multi-phase interleaved converter includes n sub-circuits of phases, a current controller and a balancing controller. The n sub-circuits of phases have inputs connected in parallel and outputs connected in parallel in order to convert a direct current (DC) or alternating current (AC) input voltage of one level into a DC or AC output voltage of another level. The current controller receives a current control command and a phase current value of a particular sub-circuit of a particular phase among the n sub-circuits of the respective phases to output a control signal for controlling the particular sub-circuit of the particular phase. The balancing controller receives phase current values of the n sub-circuits of the respective phases and receives a control signal output from the current controller to adjust the duty ratios of control signals applied to the other sub-circuits.

A power controller is configured to amplify the output limit value output from the output current limit map applier to a predefined gain. Furthermore, an output limiter is configured to output the output limit value output from the power controller, and filter and output the output limit value after a predefined time lapses.
