    Abstract: A method for diagnosing a current sensor of a fuel cell system includes calculating an estimated duty value of a hydrogen pressure control valve, corresponding to a sensing value of the current sensor, while operating the fuel cell system. The estimated duty value is compared with an actual duty value where the hydrogen pressure control valve is controlled during the operation of the fuel cell system, thereby calculating an error value between the estimated duty value and the actual duty value. The error value is compared with a critical value in a normal range, thereby determining whether a failure occurs in the current sensor. The hydrogen pressure control valve controls a pressure of hydrogen supplied to a fuel cell stack of the fuel cell system.

    Abstract: A low voltage battery charger is provided that includes a fuel cell stack that generates electrical energy by a reaction of hydrogen and oxygen and an air blower that supplies air to the fuel cell stack. A high voltage DC converter converts an output voltage generated at the fuel cell stack to a high voltage. A high voltage battery is charged with the output voltage converted by the high voltage DC converter. A low voltage DC converter converts the output voltage generated at the fuel cell stack to a low voltage and a low voltage battery is charged with the output voltage converted by the low voltage DC converter. A controller then variably adjusts a charge voltage of the low voltage battery based on an air amount supplied to the fuel cell stack through the air blower.

    Abstract: A fuel cell system includes an air supply unit for supplying air containing oxygen to a fuel cell stack. A humidifier humidifies the supplied air. An air supply line is connected between a cathode inlet of the fuel cell stack and the humidifier to supply the humidified air to the fuel cell stack. A cathode-side exhaust line is connected between a cathode outlet of the fuel cell stack and the humidifier to supply a cathode exhaust gas discharged from a cathode of the fuel cell stack to the humidifier for humidification in the humidifier. A unified valve module includes a bypass line connected between the air supply line and the cathode-side exhaust line and an outward discharge port discharging the cathode exhaust gas to outside, and controls a gas flow between the humidifier and the fuel cell stack and between the bypass line and the outward discharge port.
