摘要: A power control apparatus includes: a first power supply device that supplies main power, a second power supply device that supplies auxiliary power, a power divider that divides the main power input from the first power supplier, a first controller connected to a first output terminal of the power divider to control power supply to a first in-vehicle load by connecting or disconnecting the main power and the auxiliary power, and a second controller connected to a second output terminal of the power divider to control power supply to a second in-vehicle load using the main power. The first controller and the second controller diagnose a power failure in cooperation with each other and supply redundancy power using the main power or the auxiliary power based on a power failure diagnosis result.

摘要: A power control device configured for diagnosing an open-circuit fault occurring in a power system of an autonomous vehicle and an open-circuit diagnosis method thereof, may include a power control switch that selectively connects or separates main power output from the first power supply and auxiliary power output from the second power supply, and a processor that determines a possibility of an open-circuit fault of a vehicle power source based on a current flowing through the power control switch and determines whether it is possible to drive an electric load with an output power of the second power supply alone and determine an open-circuit position based on an output of the first power supply when there is the possibility of the open-circuit fault.

摘要: An apparatus for determining a sensing error of a LDC, which controls and senses an output and an output cutoff of a first current inputted to a first load of a vehicle and an output and an output cutoff of a second current for charging a battery, includes a battery control device that senses the second current and a third current for discharging the battery; a power control device that receives the first current, the second current, and the third current and calculates a fourth current inputted to a second load for controlling the vehicle driving by controlling an operation of switching element; and a controller that determines whether the sensing error of the LDC occurs based on the first current, the second current, the third current, and the fourth current.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a control apparatus for sensing overcurrent of a DC motor of a vehicle. The control apparatus may include: a microcomputer configured to convert a pulse width modulation (PWM) signal into a digital signal for controlling the DC motor; a half-bridge driver configured to control switching of the DC motor; a regulator configured to supply power; and a noise removal filter. The microcomputer is configured to measure a voltage at an input of the half-bridge driver, compare a difference between on-voltage and off-voltage during each of PWM period with a predetermined threshold, and stop the DC motor when the difference exceeds the predetermined threshold a predetermined number of times.
