摘要: A method and apparatus for quasi-sensorless adaptive control of a high rotor pole switched-reluctance motor (HRSRM). The method comprises the steps of: applying a voltage pulse to an inactive phase winding and measuring current response in each inactive winding. Motor index pulses are used for speed calculation and to establish a time base. Slope of the current is continuously monitored which allows the shaft speed to be updated multiple times and to track any change in speed and fix the dwell angle based on the shaft speed. The apparatus for quasi-sensorless control of a high rotor pole switched-reluctance motor (HRSRM) comprises a switched-reluctance motor having a stator and a rotor, a three-phase inverter controlled by a processor connected to the switched-reluctance motor, a load and a converter.

The outputter is configured to output a control value in accordance with a control deviation with respect to a control target. The integrator is configured to integrate the control value output from the outputter. The frequency determiner is configured to determine the carrier frequency based on an integral value obtained by the integrator.

摘要: A method of controlling speed change of a pruning machine including the steps of: pressing a power switch, setting up a power supply system, and sending an activating signal; detecting voltage of the power supply system, and judging whether operation of the power supply system is maintained, sending a maintaining output signal and maintaining the voltage of the power supply system; pressing a speed-regulating trigger button, converting a speed-regulating signal into an electrical signal for speed judgment, at the same time sending a driving signal after detection of a motor position signal, the driving signal being received by a three-phase bridge; using a sampling resistor to convert a current into a voltage signal and inputting the voltage signal into the central processor, and comparing a set current value according to the input voltage signal, thereby controlling the motor to rotate according to a certain proportion, or a maximum power.

摘要: An electric motor system having substantially independent hardware-based and software-based pathways for detecting and initiating responses to fault conditions, such as over-current conditions, in an electric motor which is powered by a power inverter which is controlled by a power module and a microprocessor. Each pathway involves comparing a voltage, which is representative of an electric current flowing to the motor, to a predetermined maximum voltage, and if the former exceeds the latter using hardware or software to initiate shutting off the motor, such as by shutting off the power inverter. When one pathway detects a fault condition it may notify the other pathway, and the notified pathway may also initiate shutting off the motor.

摘要: A motor current detecting device includes a first wire, an instantaneous current detecting unit, an average electric current detecting unit, and a calculation unit. The first wire is configured and arranged to carry flow of a motor current that has been passed through a motor and a drive current that has been passed through a motor drive unit to drive the motor. The instantaneous current detecting unit is configured and arranged to detect an instantaneous value for a sum of the motor current and the drive current flowing on the first wire. The average electric current detecting unit is configured and arranged to detect an average value of the sum of the motor current and the drive current flowing on the first wire. The calculation unit is configured to calculate the motor current on the basis of the instantaneous value and the average value.

Since brushless DC motor (4) is driven by a signal for holding the predetermined relation between the phase of the current and the phase of the voltage, the stability of drive under high-speed and high-load conditions is enhanced and a drive range is extended.

摘要: An electric motor control device includes a power supply unit that supplies power to a three-phase electric motor; a three-phase current sensor that individually detects three respective phase currents of the three-phase electric motor; a summing unit that calculates a three-phase sum by adding the three phase currents detected by the three-phase current sensor; a detected current correction unit that calculates correction amounts for at least two of the three phase currents based on a phase and an amplitude of the three-phase sum and then corrects phase current detection values by the calculated correction amounts; and a motor control unit that controls a power supply by the power supply unit to the three-phase electric motor by feedback control based on the three phase currents after correction by the detected current correction unit and on target currents.

摘要: The present invention previously sets a threshold voltage, compares the set threshold voltage with a reference voltage, and judges whether a minimal pulse width of a PWM signal is obtained. When a pulse width of one PWM signal is equal to or greater than the minimal pulse width, but each pulse width of two PWM signals is less than the minimal pulse width, a sine wave voltage corresponding to one of the two PWM signals less than the minimal pulse width is varied to a threshold voltage to detect two phase currents, and a remaining one phase current is calculated based on the two detected phase currents. After the phase current was detected by varying the threshold voltage, a level difference between an original sine wave voltage and the threshold voltage is set as a compensation voltage, and the sine wave voltage is compensated by the compensation voltage.
