摘要: A PTC heater includes PTC heater parts in which heater rods and radiation fins are alternately arranged. A frame is formed along a circumference to support the PTC heater parts. IGBT elements are installed on the frame and selectively apply a battery current to each of the heater rods to adjust the heat generation amount of the heater rods. A control module is installed on the frame and controls the IGBT elements to adjust the heat generation amount of the heater rods according to a target temperature value. A heat sink is installed on the frame, is connected with the IGBT elements for heat-exchange, is formed to pass the PTC heater parts in the horizontal direction and radiate heat of the IGBT elements through the flowing air inside the air conditioning case.

摘要: A method of controlling an air conditioning system for a vehicle is provided. The method includes detecting a cooling mode while the vehicle is being driven and comparing a vent discharge temperature of air with a cooling target temperature set by a user. When the vent discharge temperature is greater than the cooling target temperature the compressor RPM is determined and air is introduced into the vehicle without passing through the interior heat exchanger and the electric heater. When the vent discharge temperature is less than the cooling target temperature, the compressor RPM is determined and a door in the system is opened to guide the air through the interior heat exchanger to heat the air is heated and then the vent discharge temperature is compared with the cooling target temperature again, and the electric heater is operated.

摘要: Proposed are an air conditioner having an integrated heat exchanger and an air conditioning system using the integrated heat exchanger. The integrated heat exchanger enables heat exchange between cooling water and conditioning-air, and generates heating air or cooling air such that cooling/heating efficiency is improved. Further, since the temperature of the cooling water circulating in the integrated heat exchanger is adjusted, there is no temperature adjustment door for adjusting the temperature of conditioning-air, so the number of parts is reduced. Further, since the integrated heat exchanger is applied, components are optimally arranged and the entire package is reduced in size.

摘要: An air conditioning device for a vehicle includes: a housing having an inside divided into an inflow space, a heat exchange space, and an outflow space, which are straightly arranged, and having a plurality of discharge ports, which communicates with an interior, at the inflow space; a blowing unit disposed at the inflow space of the housing and configured to blow air; a heat exchange unit disposed at the heat exchange space of the housing and configured to adjust a temperature of conditioned air by exchanging heat with air; and an opening-closing door disposed at the outflow space of the housing and configured to open and close the plurality of discharge ports such that conditioned air at an adjusted temperature selectively flows to the plurality of discharge ports. The air conditioning device adjusts the temperature of conditioned air for respective modes and reduces a flow resistance of air.

摘要: The present disclosure provides an air-conditioning device and an air-conditioning system of an integrated heat exchanger, wherein an integrated heat exchanger for generating heating air or cooling air is used to generate air-conditioning air by utilizing cooling water, thereby securing cooling/heating efficiency.
