An antenna integrally formed with a case according to an aspect of the invention includes: a case unit forming an exterior of an electronic device, a radiator comprising a radiation unit tightly fixed to an outer surface of the case unit and terminal units each extending from an end portion of the radiation unit, passing through the case unit, and exposed on the inside of the case unit, and contact pins provided on a board disposed in an interior space of the case unit and electrically connected to the individual terminal units.

摘要： An electronic device case having an antenna pattern embedded therein according to an aspect of the invention may include: a radiator having an antenna pattern portion transmitting and receiving a signal and a connection terminal portion allowing the signal to be transmitted to and received from a circuit board of an electronic device; a connection portion partially forming the radiator and connecting the antenna pattern portion and the connection terminal portion to be arranged in different planes; a radiator frame manufactured by injection molding on the radiator so that the antenna pattern portion of the radiator is provided on one side of the radiator frame and the connection terminal portion is provided on the other side thereof; and a case frame covering the one side of the radiator frame on which the antenna pattern portion is provided so that the antenna pattern portion is embedded between the case frame and the radiator frame.

摘要： A method of manufacturing a case for a mobile communications terminal, includes disposing an antenna pattern inside a mold having a shape of a case for a mobile communications terminal, the mold including one or more magnets, and injecting a molding material into the mold and molding a case for a mobile communications terminal in which the antenna pattern is embedded. The antenna pattern is fixed by a magnetic force of the one or more magnets formed within the mold, and prevented from being deformed or moved while the molding material is injected.

An antenna integrally formed with a case according to an aspect of the invention includes: a case unit formed of a dielectric material; a radiator integrally formed with the case unit and having terminal units extending from a radiation unit tightly contacting the surface of the case unit; vertical ribs each having an internal connection portion contacting an upper end of the terminal unit and extending downward from an inner surface of the case unit by a predetermined length; and outer connection portions provided on a board disposed adjacent to the case unit and electrically connected to individual lower ends of the internal connection portions.

摘要： A method of manufacturing an antenna pattern frame, includes arranging antenna radiators in an elongated radiator sheet in the form of cells, the antenna radiators including antenna pattern portions receiving an external signal, and while moving the radiator sheet, forming connection terminal portions of the antenna radiators by a successive bending process and injecting-molding radiator frames such that the antenna pattern portions are formed on one set of respective sides of the radiator frames and the connection terminal portions are formed on the other set of respective opposite sides of the radiator frames.
