摘要： A hydraulic roll bending machine includes a frame, a plate roller rotatably connected to the frame, a hydraulic power unit associated with the frame, and a network of conduits fluidly connected to a main feed of hydraulic fluid and a main return of hydraulic fluid of the hydraulic power unit. At least one hydraulic actuator having a housing is associated with the plate roller. The housing forms one or more fluid passages therein that are fluidly connected with activation chambers of the at least one hydraulic actuator. A valve system is connected onto the housing and is in selective fluid communication fluid passages and also with the network of conduits. The valve system is arranged to selectively fluidly interconnect the one or more passages with the network of conduits to operate the at least one hydraulic actuator.

摘要： Several different cross sections of beam having more than four sides are disclosed that may form a central portion of a beam having end portions that have four sides. The end portions of the beams may be received by frame rails. The central portion of the beam between the frame rails may be formed with more than four sides. The additional sides may be recessed beads or protruding ribs. Beams having arcuate recesses or arcuate ribs may be provided on the central portion of the beam. The end portions of the beams may extend outboard of the frame rails. The ribs or beads on the central portion of the beam may provide equivalent performance to four-sided beams having considerably thicker walls. Weight reduction is achieved because the central portion is made of a thinner material while retaining strength by forming beads or ribs in the central portion.

摘要： An isolator for damping heat and vibrations between a heat shield and heat source is provided. The isolator includes a housing and a washer. The housing surrounds a center opening and extends axially from a first end portion to a second end portion and includes an intermediate portion therebetween. The housing has a serpentine shape. The first end portion and the intermediate portion of the housing clamp a washer therebetween, and the second end portion and the intermediate portion of the housing clamp the heat shield therebetween. The washer includes a plurality of through openings between an outer periphery and the center opening for enhancing vibration dampening and minimizing heat transfer from the heat source to the heat shield. The isolator optionally includes a collar member disposed along the center opening of the washer to facilitate mounting of the isolator to the heat source.
