    摘要: A method of producing hollow glass microspheres comprising melting a batch into a first glass melt, processing the first glass melt into a second glass comprising adding at least one component selected from a group consisting of a liquid, a solid, a gas, an aerosol and a combination thereof to the first glass melt to create a plurality of chemical species in the second glass, pulverizing the second glass into a plurality of glass fragments, and thermally processing the plurality of glass fragments, wherein the thermally processing comprises heating the plurality of glass fragments, reacting the plurality of chemical species in the second glass, and expanding the glass fragments to produce the hollow glass microspheres.
