Abstract: A vehicular air conditioning system includes: a refrigerant circulation line including first and second evaporators through which refrigerant can flow in a cooling mode, and first and second expansion valves configured to depressurize and expand the refrigerant introduced into each of the first and second evaporators; and refrigerant flow control part provided in front of the first evaporator and the first expansion valve and configured to control refrigerant flow. The first evaporator is used for cooling rear seat region of a passenger room and the refrigerant flow control part is configured to supply and block the refrigerant with respect to the first evaporator and the first expansion valve and is configured to block the refrigerant when the cooling governed by the first evaporator is controlled in a turn-off mode and supply the refrigerant to the first evaporator and the first expansion valve depending on the on/off condition of the cooling governed by the second evaporator.

Abstract: A vehicular heat management system includes a refrigerant circulation line including a compressor, a high pressure side heat exchanger, a heat pump mode expansion valve, an outdoor heat exchanger, and a plurality of low pressure side heat exchangers installed parallel to each other. The refrigerant circulation line further includes a refrigerant pipe having an increased diameter portion formed by increasing the diameter of a specific refrigerant pipe portion among a plurality of refrigerant pipe portions affecting a refrigerant pressure in the refrigerant pipe portions on the intake and discharge sides of the compressor so that the specific refrigerant pipe portion has a larger diameter than other refrigerant pipe portions.

Abstract: Disclosed is an air conditioner for a vehicle, the air conditioner having an improved guide structure capable of increasing an air volume by preventing a collision between air flowing through an upper passage and air flowing through a lower passage. The air conditioner for a vehicle comprises: an air conditioning case having an air passage formed therein and an air outlet which includes a defrost vent and a face vent; and a heat exchanger for cooling and a heat exchanger for heating, which are provided in the air passage of the air conditioning case. The air conditioner for the vehicle further comprises: a temperature door arranged between the heat exchanger for cooling and the heat exchanger for heating in order to adjust the degree to which cold air, which has passed through the heat exchanger for cooling, is heated by the heat exchanger for heating; a cold air passage through which cold air that has passed through the heat exchanger for cooling bypasses the heat exchanger for heating; a warm air passage through which cold air that has passed through the heat exchanger for cooling passes through the heat exchanger for heating; a cold air guide unit for guiding the cold air downstream of the heat exchanger for cooling; and a warm air guide unit for guiding the warm air downstream of the heat exchanger for heating.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an air conditioner for a vehicle which can block air introduced through a gap between an evaporator and an air-conditioning case and prevent condensate from overflowing toward a temperature adjusting door when condensate exceeding a drainable amount is generated. The air conditioner for a vehicle includes: an air-conditioning case having an air passageway therein; an evaporator disposed in the air passageway of the air-conditioning case; a drain hole disposed at the downstream side of the evaporator in an air flow direction to discharge condensate to the outside; a first baffle protruding upwardly from the bottom surface of the air-conditioning case; and a fourth baffle protruding upwardly from the bottom surface of the air-conditioning case and formed downstream of the first baffle in the air flow direction, wherein the first baffle and the fourth baffle are formed in such a way that at least some of them are overlapped with each other in the width direction to be formed doubly in the air flow direction.

Abstract: Disclosed is a heat exchanger capable of exchanging heat between coolant and refrigerant of different kinds in one device and providing an effective heat exchange ratio between the coolant and the refrigerant. The heat exchanger includes a refrigerant flow path having a refrigerant inlet and a refrigerant outlet, and a coolant flow path through which coolant flows to exchange heat with the refrigerant. The coolant flow path includes a first coolant flow path where first coolant flows, and a second coolant flow path where second coolant with a different kind from the first coolant flows. The heat exchanger is partitioned into a first heat exchange section, in which the first coolant exchanges heat with the refrigerant and a second heat exchange section, in which the second coolant exchanges heat with the refrigerant, so that the heat exchange in the first heat exchange section and the heat exchange in the second heat exchange are carried out independently.

Abstract: A blower unit for a vehicle and an air conditioning device including the same, the blower unit including: a scroll casing having an inlet port; a fan rotatably disposed in the scroll casing; a motor having a shaft coupled to the fan; and a bell mouth disposed in the inlet port, in which an inner end of the scroll casing, which defines the inlet port, is disposed to be spaced apart from the fan in a radial direction to define a separation space, and the bell mouth prevents air, which flows by a rotation of the fan, from flowing reversely through the separation space. The blower unit and the air conditioning device including the same prevent air from flowing reversely to the outside of the scroll casing by means of the arrangement of the bell mouth and the scroll casing and the structural shape of the bell mouth.
