The present invention relates to a coating composition of a cycloolefin film that includes 100 parts by weight of an acrylate binder resin, 5 to 50 parts by weight of an olefin resin, 2 to 20 parts by weight of a photoinitiator, and 80 to 400 parts by weight of a solvent. The coating composition of the cycloolefin film may further include 1 to 20 parts by weight of fine particles having an average particle size in the range of 0.5 to 5 μm. The coating composition may be used as a hard coating composition and a dazzling prevention coating composition in respects to the cycloolefin film.The coating composition of the cycloolefin film according to the present invention can provide a coating layer which has excellent adhesion strength in respects to the cycloolefin film while desirable optical properties such as a dazzling prevention property and a reflection prevention property and desirable mechanical properties such as scratch resistance and abrasion resistance which are capable of being obtained in a known technology are maintained by applying an olefin resin to the coating composition even though a cycloolefin film is not subjected to a hydrophilic surface treatment process such as corona, plasma and the like.

The shrinkage ratio of the gasket is not less than 10% after the acryl film is subjected to the curing step, or the shrinkage ratio of the gasket after the acryl film is subjected to the curing step is the same as or larger than the shrinkage ratio of the material of the acryl film.

In particular, the present invention relates to a multi-layered photochromic sheet having excellent durability by reducing a decomposition rate of photochromic dye, in which two or more photochromic films consisting of an oxygen or moisture shielding barrier layer and photochromic layer are stacked, compared to a conventional mono layered film. Further, the present invention relates to a photochromic glass having excellent durability and appearance, in which the multi-layered photochromic sheet is disposed between two glasses, and to a glass for vehicles or buildings using the same.
