摘要： An illuminating lamp which can be easily assembled is provided. The illuminating lamp includes a decorative component including a mounting member mountable to an opening provided to a roof trim of a vehicle and a lens mounted on a compartment side of the mounting member, and a functional component including a light source and a holder which holds the light source and is mounted to the mounting member. The mounting member includes a flat plate to which the holder is mounted, an aperture provided at the flat plate to transmit light into the compartment, and a cover portion receiving the light source and reflecting the light of the light source into the compartment. The cover portion includes an opening portion at one end thereof along a longitudinal direction of the flat plate through which the light source is inserted along the flat plate.

摘要： A film insert molded product is molded by injecting molten resin into a mold, after a film has been set on a cavity face of the mold, and then, hardening the resin. A back face of the film and a surface of a molded resin layer are adhered to integrate each other, and the film is disposed on a decorative face of the molded product. The film is so arranged that an end part of the film is positioned in front of an end part of the decorative face, whereby a film end protecting area formed of an exposed part of the molded resin layer is provided between the end part of the decorative face and the end part of the film, and a surface of the film end protecting area and the surface of the film are formed in flush with each other.

摘要： A fuse circuit (11) having a plurality of terminals (22, 23) provided on a common joint plate (21) and a fuse circuit (11′) having a plurality of terminals (22′, 23′) provided on a common joint plate (21′) are incorporated into a housing (12), thereby constituting a fuse link assembly (10). The plurality of fuse circuits (11, 11′) are provided with circuit connection portions (27, 27′) which share a power input portion. As a result, the number of circuits is increased, by means of only enlargement of widthwise direction Y which is easy to increase while enlargement of longitudinal direction X stemming from packaging of circuits is minimized.

A corner between the end part of the decorative face and an end face of the molded resin layer is set to be an acute angle, and the end face of the molded resin layer functions as a contact face with respect to a ceiling trim.

摘要： Insertion piece portions 25, each having a retaining portion 25a formed at a distal end thereof, is formed on that portion of a cover opening/closing portion 17 disposed near to a hinge portion 17. A cover body portion 11 has insertion hole portions 26 into which the insertion piece portions 25 can be fittingly inserted, respectively. The cover opening/closing portion 17 and the cover body portion 11 include slanting walls 22 and 16, respectively, which are opposed to each other, with the hinge portion 27 disposed therebetween, and the insertion piece portions 25 are formed on the slanting wall 22 of the cover opening/closing portion 17, and the insertion hole portions 26 are formed in the slanting wall 16 of the cover body portion 11. The pair of insertion piece portions 25 are provided, and the retaining portions 25a of the pair of insertion piece portions 25 project inwardly toward each other or outwardly away from each other. With this construction, the insertion piece portions 25 of the cover opening/closing portion 17 are inserted respectively into the insertion hole portions in the cover body portion 11, and the retaining portions 25a of the cover opening/closing portion 17 are retained by the insertion hole portions 26, respectively, so that the cover opening/closing portion 17 is held in the open condition.
