摘要: Only a left lock mechanism is coupled directly to an operation bar of comparatively high rigidity and a right lock mechanism is coupled to the left lock mechanism via a wire as a coupling member. The operation bar is rotatably supported at left and right end parts in left and right upper rails. The right end part is rotatably supported in a support pin of a bracket attached to the right upper rail slidably from side to side. A guide hole fitted slidably to an end part of an operation bar is made in a link for coupling the left lock mechanism and the end of the operation bar. A ring bushing made of a resin as a buffer member is fitted into the guide hole and is formed with an opposed face part opposed to the end part of the operation bar and an elastic piece pressed against the upper face of the operation bar.

摘要: This power unit includes a base plate fixed with an annular coil part, and a slot-shaped insertion hole formed at the base plate and extending in a radiating direction to the annular coil part. After a lead wire of the annular coil part is inserted into the insertion hole from one side of the base plate at which the annular coil part is provided, the lead wire is extended in the radiating direction along the insertion hole. Next, the lead wire is led out to the other side of the base plate. Covers having semicircular shapes in cross section are provided to the ends of the insertion hole.

摘要: A clutch mechanism includes a field core into which an electromagnetic coil is incorporated and is fixed to a base member, a rotor rotatably fitted on a shaft and passing through a central portion of the field core to be connected to a speed reduction mechanism and an armature accommodated on an inside diameter side of the output drum. The armature is fitted on the shaft in order to rotate and move in an axial direction and is magnetically attracted to the rotor when the electromagnetic coil is energized. Drum side locking portions are provided inside of the output drum such that armature side locking portions provided on an outer circumferential portion of the armature can move in an axial direction of the shaft relative thereto and can be brought into engagement therewith in a rotational direction to transmit the rotation of the armature to the output drum.

摘要: A reel drum is rotatably supported on a board, and a tensioner case is detachably mounted to the board in the vicinity of the reel drum. Wires are extended from the reel drum in directions opposite to each other. A pair of tension rollers pressed onto the respective wires and roller holders rotatably supporting the respective tension rollers are attached to the tensioner case to be allowed to move in directions substantially orthogonal to the respective wires when the wires are tensioned. Moreover, the tensioner case is provided with biasing means to bias the roller holders in directions that the tension rollers are pressed onto the respective wires. The biasing means is a torsion spring. A contact portion of each roller holder which a wire end extended portion of the torsion spring is in contact with has an angle shape with a ridge aligned in a direction orthogonal to the wire end extended portion of the torsion spring.
