摘要： An IPv6 mobile node is described herein that compresses a packet such that the compressed packet which includes an outer IP header, a compressed inner IP header and data can be sent within a bi-directional tunnel via one or more IP networks to a remote device (e.g., home agent, correspondent node, another mobile node). The IPv6 mobile node can also compress the outer IP header in the packet in addition to compressing the inner IP header if it is located in a wireless access network. The remote device can compress the packet in the same manner and send it to the IPv6 mobile node.

摘要： A method of achieving co-acting services in a data system that includes telephone or data services and at least two computer systems. A transaction database connected to each computer contains transactions that are identified by transaction references, where each transaction is part of a data program for executing a service. Fetching of transactions for execution in the data system is initiated in response to an incoming call from a telephone or from an external computer. The call includes an identification of the caller and type of call. All instructions from one computer system to another takes place through the agency of the transactions, wherein certain transaction references identify transactions that upon execution transfer the service to a computer system other than the call-receiving computer system for execution. Caller information is transferred together with the transfer of the service.

The proxy node is arranged to handle mobility signalling on behalf of the Mobile Node. At a mobility anchor function, such as a Local Mobility Anchor, a first Care-of-Address associated with the Mobile Node is registered. When the mobility anchor function receives a registration request to register a second Care-of-Address associated with the Mobile Node, it sends a request message to the proxy node acting on behalf of the Mobile Node. The request message instructs the proxy node to check whether the Mobile Node is reachable using the first Care-of-Address.

A computer system executes a service in accordance with a data program and also processes log data. The computer system includes databases, at least one containing a predetermined number of transactions in the form of parts of a data program. The computer fetches from a database transactions that together form a data program for executing a service or a processing function. An interface is provided between an administrative part of the system and an all-embracing part, and an interface is also provided between an operating part of the system and the all-embracing part, wherein the interfaces are mutually the same. The all-embracing part has an executing environment such that execution therein and instructions therefrom to other parts of the system take place through the agency of the transaction.

In the estimating, first estimated speeds and/or positions of a mobile terminal are determined (11) particularly for each of the wireless networks, from the communication with the particular wireless network. Then the estimated values are by special interfaces (11) input to a different speed estimation function (15) in which a combined value of the speed of the mobile terminal is calculated, according to a speed estimation algorithm and is input to the selection function. In this speed estimation also a recommended one of the wireless networks can be determined. The functions for estimating the speed are divided between a network layer (L3) and lower layers (L2, L1).

摘要： A method of establishing and carrying out communication between a data source and a user is effected via a fixed or a mobile network, wherein a program that handles a presentation to the user is placed in the user's terminal which, in turn, is connected, via a server, to a data source that contains data. The terminal handles data to and from the server such that when receiving information from a user the program clears this information from the layout and protocol and sends to the server and further to the data source solely interaction data. When receiving data from the data source the program places this data in a correct protocol for presentation to the user in the right presentation form and with the correct user layout.
