The aim of the invention is to fulfill the legal requirements and to ensure a good functioning under adverse operating conditions. To this end, the invention provides that the locking element (30r, 301) has at least one contact surface (39r, 391) that touches the card (2) and presses it, at least occasionally, in the direction of insertion (9). The invention also relates to a corresponding method. The invention effectively combines function and security.
