    摘要: A method of manufacturing an Fe/Ni-containing material having a low content of sulfur from an Fe/Ni/SO4-containing liquid waste, a ferronickel mass using the Fe/Ni-containing material, and a method of manufacturing the ferronickel mass. The method includes: removing SO4 from an Fe/Ni/SO4-containing liquid waste by adding an SO4 neutralizing agent to the liquid waste so that pH of the liquid waste can be maintained to a pH level of 0.5 to 2.5; precipitating Fe and Ni in the form of hydroxide [(Ni,Fe)(OH)] by adding NaOH to the SO4-free solution; washing the precipitate with water; and manufacturing an Ni/Fe-containing material by filtering and drying the washed Ni/Fe-containing sludge. The method may be useful to suitably apply to the field of recycling of waste acids since an Fe/Ni-containing pellet and a high purity plaster are recovered as the stainless steel material from the waste water at the same time.

    摘要: A brake is disclosed which includes a disc plate is made of a first material, and an insert aperture is formed through the central portion of the disc plate. Coupling depressions are formed around the inner edge of the insert aperture, and a rivet aperture is formed in each of protrusion portions provided between the coupling depressions. A hat part is made of a second material and is inserted into the insert aperture. Coupling protrusions are provided around the outer edge of the hat part. A rivet aperture is formed in each of the coupling protrusions. Straps are disposed such that each strap passes over both the corresponding rivet aperture of the disc plate and the corresponding rivet aperture of the hat part. The rivets are inserted into the corresponding straps and the corresponding rivet apertures to fix the straps, the disc plate and the hat part together.

    摘要: Provided are a cognitive radio (CR) cooperative spectrum sensing method and a fusion center (FC) performing CR cooperative spectrum sensing. The CR cooperative spectrum sensing method includes receiving, at an FC, local spectrum sensing information about a predetermined frequency band from each of N secondary users (SUs) in a predetermined zone, determining, at the FC, the optimum number of SUs for determining whether the predetermined frequency band is being used by a primary user (PU) on the basis of the received local spectrum sensing information, and performing cooperative spectrum sensing on the basis of local spectrum sensing information received from the optimum number of SUs in the predetermined zone. The method is implemented by the FC. Accordingly, the method and FC find how many SUs are needed to determine that a frequency of a PU is being used in a corresponding-channel situation, thereby enabling efficient communication.

The method of manufacturing Ni and Fe-containing material includes acid-treating Ni and Fe-containing residue to remove alkali therefrom; drying the residue and heat treating the residue in a temperature range from 600° C. (degree Centigrade) to 1300° C. (degree Centigrade) in a reducing atmosphere to reduce Ni and Fe oxides in the residue into metal state; leaching a resultant product obtained by the reduction using acid to selectively dissolve Ni and Fe; filtering the acid leached product to obtain a solution containing Ni and Fe ions; neutralizing the solution containing Ni and Fe ions using alkali to produce Fe,Ni hydroxide; and filtering and drying a resultant product obtained by the neutralization.
