摘要: The present invention provides a moving picture re-encoding apparatus, which can generate correct reproducible encoded data by a light-load simple process when encoded moving picture data are converted or edited. It is provided with: a decoding means 12 that decodes frames of a moving picture from an encoded bit stream; a frame selecting means 15 that selects a frame to be re-encoded from the decoded frames; an encoding means 14 that re-encodes only the selected frame; and an interval notifying means 13 that calculates a frame interval, after the re-encoding of a frame, between the frame and a next frame to be re-encoded to notify the decoding means of the calculated frame interval. The decoding means 12 decodes the bit stream for time based on the notified frame interval after the notification from the interval notifying means 13. The frame selecting means 15 selects the last frame as the next frame to be re-encoded among the frames until the time passes.

摘要: A technique which in a portable or laptop ultrasonic diagnosis apparatus, optimizes the position of a hinge mechanism for connecting a display section having a touch panel and a main body and the strength of the main body and also reduce the influence of noise between mutual sections, such as an ultrasonic image processing circuit board, a power source, a CPU board and the like, which are arranged inside the main body is disclosed. According to this technique, on a bottom surface of a bottom case 11 in the main body, a supporting section 12 for supporting a display section 20 is formed to stand upright and extend in a width direction, at a position that is dislocated to a front end F side from a rear end R of a main body 10. Also, a region A in which the ultrasonic image processing circuit board is arranged and regions B, C in which a power source unit and the CPU board are arranged, respectively, are partitioned by means of the supporting section 12.

摘要: One object of the present invention is to improve stability of wireless communication, regardless of a movement speed of a mobile station by estimating a movement speed of a mobile station using a signal prepared in advance for a used standard and selecting an appropriate base station. In the wireless communication system 100 according to the present invention, in order to adjust a timing of receiving data from the PHS terminal 110 to a desired timing, base stations 120, 122 transmit an adjustment signal for advancing or delaying data transmission timing in the PHS terminal 110. Thus, the PHS terminal 110 calculates a bias amount of such an adjustment signal to determine high speed movement of the PHS terminal 110 and perform handover from a micro cell base station 120 to a macro cell base station 122.

摘要: A memory card includes a non-volatile memory, a memory controller for controlling the operation of the memory card. The memory controller is capable of providing an interface with outside according to a predetermined protocol, and performs error detection and correction of the memory information at regular time intervals or at the timing of connection of electric power supply, independently of reading out the memory information according to external access request. Therefore, it is possible to improve reliability of data retention in the non-volatile memory without the host device reading out the memory information from the non-volatile memory of the memory card.
