The blend or alloy is made of at least one polyolefin series copolymer and at least one crystalline polyolefin. The copolymer has a fusing point Ta by a differential scanning calorimetry which fall in a range of 50 to 110° C. The crystalline polyolefin has a fusing point Tb by a differential scanning calorimetry which falls in a range of from 110 to 170° C.
