    摘要: A polymer electrolyte fuel cell comprising a cell having a solid polymer film, separators disposed on both sides of the cell so as to interpose the cell therebetween, and diffusion layers disposed between the cell and the separators and each having a substrate comprising an electrically conductive porous material and a slurry layer disposed on the substrate, wherein at least a part of each diffusion layer is provided with a gas barrier for preventing the permeation of gas in a direction parallel to the major surface of the diffusion layer.

    摘要: Provided is a solid polyelectrolyte fuel cell capable of suppressing a gas leak between a fuel electrode film side and an oxide electrode film side by suppressing deterioration of a solid polyelectrolyte film on its peripheral side. A solid polyelectrolyte fuel cell includes: a cell in which electrode films are provided on one side and the other side of a solid polyelectrolyte film, respectively; a first gas diffusion layer provided so as to cover the electrode film on one side of the cell; a second gas diffusion layer provided so as to cover the electrode film on the other side of the cell; and separators provided on the one side and the other side of the cell, respectively, with the gas diffusion layers interposed therebetween. The solid polyelectrolyte fuel cell includes: first insulating layers which are provided between the solid polyelectrolyte film of the cell and the gas diffusion layers and have electrical insulating properties; and second insulating layers which are provided on peripheral edges of the gas diffusion layers and have electrical insulating properties.

    摘要: Movement of an imaging device is detected using a camera shake detection sensor or a motion vector obtained from an image signal, and camera shake correction is performed by shifting an extraction frame (valid photographing region) within a photographable maximum region based on the motion detection result. When movement of the imaging device is causing a face region located at the edge of the extraction frame to move towards out of the frame, it is determined that the movement is due to camera shake, and the extraction frame is moved so that the face region can stay within the frame. Meanwhile, when movement of the imaging device is causing the face region to move inward within the frame, it is determined that the movement is due to a pan or tilt operation, and position control is performed so that the deliberate movement is not inhibited.

    摘要: A trigger-type sprayer according to the present invention sucks up, pressurizes and sprays a liquid contained in a container having a mouth portion. The sprayer is provided with a housing attached to the mouth portion of the container, a trigger rockably attached to one end portion of the housing, a nozzle formed on the trigger and having an orifice, a cylinder supported at the middle portion on the housing and capable of facing the orifice, a suction tube attached to the other end portion of the cylinder and connecting the interior of the cylinder and that of the container, a piston one end of which is connected to the nozzle and the other end of which is located in the cylinder, the piston slidably touching the inner surface of the cylinder, a primary valve for selectively connecting the suction tube and the cylinder, and a secondary valve for selectively connecting the cylinder and the piston. The housing, trigger, nozzle, cylinder and suction tube are integrally formed.
