The photosensitive resin composition includes: a resin; an oxime photopolymerization initiator; a UV absorbing agent; and a monomer containing a hydrogen bonding group, the amount of the monomer containing a hydrogen bonding group being 30 mass % or more with respect to the total solid content of the composition, and the photosensitive resin composition is used for forming a solid-state imaging device.

When the compound is an oligomer, the oligomer has a configuration in which at least one of X1, X2, X3, X4, X5, and X6 in a structure represented by Formula (A) is eliminated to form a single bond, which is then linked, via —O—, to another structure represented by Formula (A).
