    摘要: A clutch disc assembly (1) is provided with lubrication members (11a, 11b) to reduce the wear of the parts which contact the large coil springs (7) disposed within the clutch disc assembly (1). Plates (4) and (5) and a separated flange (3) are configured to rotate relative to each other. Raised portions (4a) and (5a) of the plates (4) and (5) correspond to a window (3c). Each of the large coil springs (7) extends in a circumferential direction with respect to the clutch disc assembly (1). Each large coil spring is confined within a corresponding the window (3c) of the separated flange (3) and further between the raised portions (4a) and (5a) of the plates (4) and (5). Lubricant-impregnated members (11a, 11b) are provided on a portion of respective sides of the separated flange (3), and are contactable with the large spring coil (7). In one alternate embodiment, a portion of plates (105) and (106) is provided with a plurality of minute apertures (140). The plates (105) and (106) are then provided with a surface hardened layer (130) to reduce wear due to friction.

    摘要: In a clutch cover assembly including a diaphragm spring and a coned disc spring, circumferential plural places of the coned disc spring are secured to projecting portions provided on a clutch cover in such a manner as leaving no play at least in a circumferential or axial direction. Since there is no clearance between secured portions of the coned disc spring and projecting portions of the clutch cover, the coned disc spring can be prevented from emitting abnormal sound due to its axial or circumferential vibration.

    摘要: A clutch disc assembly holding a diaphragm spring using a pair of wire rings clamped by bent tabs of a clutch cover or stud pins, and having a coned disc spring for controlling an increase in a releasing load due to wear of facings of a clutch. An annular coned disc spring urging an outer peripheral portion of the diaphragm spring to a side opposite to the clutch disc is disposed between a pressure plate and the diaphragm spring. An annular support plate is provided and its inner peripheral portion is held between the bent tabs of the clutch cover and the pair of wire rings. The coned disc spring is held by an outer peripheral portion of the support plate and the outer peripheral portion of the diaphragm spring in an elastically deflected condition.

The teeth 25 have tooth cusps 29 and tooth flanks 31 on both rotational-direction sides. Bottom lands 35 are formed on the inside surface of the cylindrical part 23 between the teeth 25 in the axial direction. The outside recesses 37 are formed on the portions of the outside surface of the cylindrical part 23 that correspond to the teeth 25 and the inside recesses 27 are formed on the inside surfaces of the teeth 25.
