The motor also includes a second molded coil having a second coil covered entirely with the resin. The first molded coil has a pair of first axial portions, and the second molded coil has a pair of second axial portions in alignment with the first axial portions. A stator core disposed around the molded coils includes a first stator core and a second stator core with first stator core legs and second stator core legs, respectively. Air paths through which fan airflow passes are formed between the axial portions and the opposing stator core legs.

摘要： An electric motor designed for electric tools. The motor includes a stator core having a first stator core and a second stator core. The motor includes a first molded coil having a first coil covered entirely with a thermosetting resin that is electrically insulating and highly heat conductive. 摘要： A disc motor includes an output shaft, a coil disc, an electric current supplying section, and a magnet. The coil disc is disc-shaped. The coil disc includes a first coil and a second coil. The total number of the first partial coil sections is different from that of the second partial coil sections. The tool includes a housing 2, a motor 31 disposed in the housing 2, a plunger 63 disposed in the housing and driven by the motor 31 for driving a nail 1A, a cable member 52 connected to the plunger 63 for pulling the plunger 63 from its bottom dead center where the nail is driven into a workpiece to a top dead center, and a drum 51 driven by the motor for winding the cable member thereover. A cable member is wound over the drum by a length greater than a linear distance between the bottom dead center and the top dead center. The cable member is flexed or deflected due to own weight when the plunger is at the bottom dead center.
