    摘要: It is intended to improve maintainability of a seal structure in a place where the rotation shaft is inserted in the housing. A seal structure of a mechanical device is provided with a housing 18 having an opening in which an input shaft 21 is inserted, a holding plate 41 which is connected to a periphery of the opening of the housing 18 and which has an opening in which the input shaft 21 is inserted, a felt ring 46 which is provided in the holding plate 41 and which seals a space between the holding plate 41 and the input shaft 21, a separable housing 43 which is provided to cover the holding plate 41 and a separable oil seal 45 which seals the space between the holding plate 41 and the input shaft 21 and a space between the cover and the rotation shaft. The holding plate 41 has an arc-shaped projection 47b extending to a position where the projection comes in contact with a wall surface of the separable housing 43 and a housing space for housing the oil seal 45 is formed by the wall surface of the cover, the inner periphery of the arc-shaped projection 47b and the wall surface of the holding plate 41.

    摘要: In a planetary bearing structure equipped with a slide bearing mounted to a shaft hole of a planetary gear, the planetary gear rotating about the outer periphery of a planetary pin fixed to a carrier via the slide bearing, one or a plurality of oil supply grooves are formed in the outer peripheral surface of the planetary pin so as to extend in the axial direction. An oil supply port of a lubricant oil channel opens in the oil supply groove so as to forcedly supply lubricant oil. Furthermore, a discharge groove for trapping foreign matter, which is shallower than the oil supply groove, communicates from the oil supply groove to the wake flow side in the rotating direction of the planetary gear.

    摘要: In the ink jet head unit of the present invention, an ink jet head for emitting ink in a form of droplets from nozzles formed in a nozzle face and a driving circuit for driving the ink jet head are mounted on the same surface side of the base board. A groove section is formed in the surface, extending from the nozzle face of the ink jet head to the driving circuit. In the ink jet head, a temperature measuring section is positioned in the groove section. Furthermore, there is provided a sealing member in the groove section, to prevent the flow of ink emitted from the nozzles, into the driving circuit. The sealing member is partly formed of an elastic body. Therefore, since the elastic body can restrain a change in the volume of the sealing member likely to be caused by a temperature change, it is possible to prevent the temperature change from impairing the ink jet head, consequently realizing ink projection stability.

    摘要: An ink supplying mechanism includes a circulating system that connects an ink jet head having a nozzle, a pressure chamber opposed to the nozzle, and an upstream port and a downstream port that communicate with the pressure chamber, an upstream side tank that communicates with the ink jet head via the upstream port and is capable of storing an ink, a downstream side tank that communicates with the ink jet head via the downstream port and is capable of storing the ink, and a circulating pump that feeds the ink from the downstream side tank back to the upstream side tank. The ink supplying mechanism has a relief valve that is capable of opening and closing at least a liquid surface of the downstream side tank with respect to the atmospheric pressure, closes the relief valve to drive the circulating pump, sets the liquid surface of the downstream side tank to a negative pressure, and feeds the ink from the downstream side tank back to the upstream side tank via a feedback channel to circulate the ink.

    摘要: An ink jet head cleaning apparatus is provided which includes a wiping unit which performs a wiping operation for a nozzle surface of an ink jet head and a suction unit which performs a sucking operation for the nozzle surface. An operation OFF condition of the wiping unit and an operation OFF condition of the suction unit is detected, and the wiping unit and the suction unit are actuated selectively in accordance with the operation OFF condition thus detected. If an elapsed time after the wiping operation is longer than a first predetermined time, the wiping unit is actuated, and if an elapsed time after the sucking operation is longer than a second predetermined time, the suction unit is actuated. The first predetermined time is longer than the second predetermined time.
