    摘要: Provided is a lamp designed to use as a light source a solid-state light emitting device with a simple and inexpensive structure and having an improved heat dissipation performance. A lamp uses a solid-state light emitting device as a light source. A cap is mounted to an external apparatus at the time of use. A housing is made of a translucent material and is connected to the cap. A light-emitting module includes one or a plurality of solid-state light emitting devices and is mounted such that the main-light-emission side (lower side in FIG. 1) thereof is in close contact with the inner wall of the housing. Further, the gap between the housing and the light-emitting module may be filled with a thermal conductive material having a translucency and a thermal conductivity.

    摘要: A lamp 1 includes a semiconductor light-emitting element 12 as a light source, a circuit unit 40 that causes the semiconductor light-emitting element 12 to emit light, and an envelope 2 having an outer tube 30 and a base 60. The semiconductor light-emitting element 12 and the circuit unit 40 are housed in the envelope 2. The semiconductor light-emitting element 12 is disposed in a region at a side of an axially central section of the outer tube 30 facing the base 60 and oriented so that a main emission direction points away from the base 60. At least one component of the circuit unit 40 is disposed in a region at a side of the axially central section of the outer tube opposite the semiconductor light-emitting element 12. A light guide 50 that guides emission light of the semiconductor light-emitting element 12 along the axial direction is disposed between the at least one component of the circuit unit 40 and the semiconductor light-emitting element 12. The light guide 50 has a light-diffusing portion corresponding in position to the axially central section of the outer tube 30.

    摘要: A lighting circuit (1) includes a controller integrated circuit (U1) for on and off control of a switching element (Q1), a transformer (T1) having a primary coil (T11) that is connected in series to the switching element and a secondary coil (T12), a first voltage supply circuit supplying a voltage that occurs across both ends of the primary coil to an LED module (2), and a second voltage supply circuit supplying a voltage induced in the secondary coil to a power source terminal (Vcc) when the switching element is on. A turns ratio N of the primary coil to the secondary coil satisfies Equation 1, where X1 V denotes a voltage that an AC power source supplies, Y V denotes the maximum value of a power source voltage of the control unit at which normal operation is guaranteed, and Z V denotes the minimum value of the power source voltage.

The device includes: a semiconductor light-emitting element as a light source; a circuit unit driving the semiconductor light-emitting element to emit light; and an envelope formed from an outer tube and a power connector, the envelope housing the semiconductor light-emitting element and the circuit unit. A light diffuser having a reflective outer surface to diffuse incident light is disposed at least partially in the axially central section of the outer tube. The semiconductor light-emitting element is disposed on a side of the light diffuser at which the power connector is located and in an orientation that its main emission direction points toward the light diffuser.
