摘要： The present invention provides a transdermal patch having excellent preservation stability and transdermal absorbency of DMAEs. The patch has a support and a plaster layer integrally laminated on one surface of the support, and the plaster layer includes: DMAEs; an acrylic adhesive prepared by copolymerizing monomers respectively containing 30 to 99% by weight of alkyl methacrylate having an alkyl group with a carbon number of 6 to 22 and 1 to 70% by weight of alkyl acrylate having an alkyl group with a carbon number of 2 to 20; and fatty acid ester prepared by dehydro-condensing saturated fatty acid having an alkyl group with a carbon number of 10 to 20 and saturated aliphatic monohydric alcohol having an alkyl group with a carbon number of 2 to 20, wherein solubility of the DMAEs is 0.05 to 5 g at 25° C. with respect to the fatty acid ester.

摘要： The present invention provides an adhesive skin patch that permits excellent and prolonged percutaneous absorption of tulobuterol and that can be stably applied to the skin for a long period of time with less skin irritation. The adhesive skin patch comprises a base material and a medicated layer provided on one surface of the base material. The medicated layer contains 1 to 30% by weight of a resolvent, 40 to 98% by weight of a pressure-sensitive adhesive, and tulobuterol. The resolvent contains an aliphatic alcohol having a branched-chain structure or a double bond in its C8 to C30 carbon chain. The pressure-sensitive adhesive is a copolymer obtained by copolymerizing monomers containing 70% by weight or more of an alkyl(meth)acrylate whose alkyl group has 6 to 20 carbon atoms.

摘要： Disclosed is a patch excellent in storage stability and transdermal absorbability of midodrine and having good adhesion. The patch includes a backing and a medicated layer stacked on one surface of the backing so as to be integrated with the backing. The medicated layer contains 3 to 40% by weight of midodrine and 60 to 97% by weight of an acrylic adhesive including a copolymer formed by copolymerization of monomers including 60 to 98% by weight of an alkyl acrylate having an alkyl group with 1 to 12 carbon atoms and 2 to 40% by weight of 1-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone. In the medicated layer, part of midodrine is present in an undissolved state.

摘要： Disclosed is a patch which is a formulation including deposited clonidine crystals and provides stable transdermal absorbability even after storage at varying temperatures. The patch disclosed includes a backing and a medicated layer integrally superposed on one surface of the backing. The medicated layer contains: 5 to 30% by weight of clonidine including clonidine in a crystallized state; 25 to 90% by weight of a macromolecular base (A) having a viscosity-average molecular weight of 800,000 or larger; and 5 to 60% by weight of a liquid additive capable of dissolving the clonidine. The weight ratio of the liquid additive to the macromolecular base (A) [the liquid additive/the macromolecular base (A)] is 0.1 to 2.0.
