In addition, this light-emitting module can be produced by a simple process. Specifically disclosed is a light-emitting module wherein at least (a) a solar cell unit (b) a first adhesive layer, (c) a light-emitting unit composed of a second light-transmitting insulating substrate (transparent PET), a second metal layer (circuit pattern) and a light-emitting element (chip LED), (d) a second adhesive layer and (e) a third light-transmitting insulating substrate are sequentially stacked. The transparent PET having a thickness about 50-500 μm which is provided with the circuit pattern in advance is used for producing the light-emitting unit. A silver paste which can be cured by 30-minute heating at 150° C. is used as a circuit pattern material, and the circuit pattern is formed on the transparent PET by screen printing, and then thermally cured.

摘要: A light emitting module capable of flexibly accommodating a wide range of applications, and a production method capable of easily producing such a light emitting module. A 1.8 mm-thick glass substrate is used as a first substrate. A circuit pattern as shown in FIG. 1 is formed. Circuit forming silver paste is used as a conduction layer. Silver paste is printed on the surface of the first substrate by a screen printing method, and then it is heat-cured for 40 min at 150° C. Conductive bonding silver paste as a conductive bonding layer is printed on land patterns at the opposite ends of a gap by a screen printing method. Then, a chip LED as a light emitting element is used to mount the opposite poles of each chip LED by using a mounter so as to allow them conduct with each other by means of conductive bonding silver paste printed on the land patterns. Then, the silver paste is heat-cured for 10 min at 150° C. to bond the chip LED.

摘要: In a rolling die for forming a ball screw by rolling for example, a biting portion is formed on one end of a straight portion while a relief portion is formed on the other end. Further, the helical protrusion on the biting portion and the helical protrusion on the relief portion each become continuously and gradually smaller as distancing away from the dancette portion on the straight portion. The dancette portion on the various portions are continuously formed using only one grinding wheel with its grinding lead being changed.
