    摘要: In sliding bearing, wherein an overlay, which consists of at least one solid lubricant and a binder resin, covers an aluminum-alloy bearing layer bonded on backing metal, the overlay consists of an upper layer, which contains the solid lubricant essentially consisting of MoS2, and a lower layer, which contains one or both of solid lubricant and hard additive. The solid lubricant of the lower layer is MoS2 and its content is relatively lower than in the upper layer.

    摘要: A swash plate which is made of an iron-based or aluminum-based material and is used in a single-side compression type swash-plate compressor. A flame-sprayed copper-based alloy layer is formed on at least a sliding surface with a first shoe in a compression space side. The flame-sprayed copper-based alloy layer contains in total, by weight percentage, not less than 0.5% and not more than 50% of one or more kinds selected from not more than 40% of lead, not more than 30% of tin, not more than 0.5% of phosphorus, not more than 15% of aluminum, not more than 10% of silver, not more than 5% of silicon, not more than 5% of manganese, not more than 5% of chromium, not more than 20% of nickel, and not more than 30% of zinc and the balance essentially copper and impurities. Electrolytic plating, electroless plating, lubricant coating, phophatizing or hardening is applied on at least a second sliding surface with a second shoe in the side opposite to the compression space.

    摘要: An overlay layer 3 comprising MoS2 as a solid lubricant and PAI resin as a binder resin is formed on a flattened surface of a bearing alloy layer 2, and a helical groove 4 and annular projections 5 are formed as an uneven configuration in and on the surface of the overlay layer. In accordance with the invention, a regular uneven configuration is formed on the surface of the overlay layer to allow a lubricant oil to be secured in recesses of the uneven configuration, allowing a seizure resistance to be improved. The bearing alloy layer is machined to have a flat surface having a fine roughness on its surface which represents a boundary with an overlay layer, whereby individual convex areas of the overlay layer are evenly subject to a plastic deformation, allowing the fitting property response of the sliding bearing to be improved.
