摘要： A swash plate type compressor is arranged with a plurality of semispherical shoes and a disc shaped swash plate. A resin coating is formed on a surface and a rear surface (sliding surface) of the swash plate which slides with the shoe. The resin coating includes a structure whereby multiple hexagonal cylinder bodies are fabricated on a surface of a substrate and an end surface of each cylinder body forms a sliding surface which slides with the shoe. In addition, a honeycomb shaped groove is formed at an adjacent position of each cylinder body forming a storage part of a lubricant O and a container part for foreign objects.The swash plate can be provided with excellent wear resistance, seizure resistance and lubrication retention.

摘要： A lubricant composition capable of effectively preventing a rolling surface of a bearing from flaking owing to hydrogen embrittlement. The bearing is lubricated with the lubricant composition. The lubricant composition is lubricating oil or grease. The lubricant composition contains a molybdate. The lubricant composition also contains an organic acid salt. At least one molybdate is selected from sodium molybdate, potassium molybdate, and lithium molybdate. The organic acid salt is a sodium salt of an organic acid having one to 20 carbon atoms. 0.01 to 5 wt % of the molybdate is added to the entirety of the lubricant composition. 5 wt % to 70 wt % of the organic acid salt is added to the addition amount of the molybdate. The lubricant composition forms a film containing a molybdenum compound in addition to an iron oxide film on a worn surface of the bearing.

摘要： The present invention provides grease which prevents frictional wear on a lubricating surface and excellent in performance of preventing occurrence of flaking, heat-resistant performance, and long-term durability, a grease-enclosed rolling bearing, a constant velocity joint, and rolling parts. Grease is composed of base grease, essentially containing a thickener, to which at least 0.01 to 15 wt % of one substance selected from among bismuth and inorganic bismuth compounds is added. The inorganic bismuth compounds are at least one inorganic bismuth selected from among bismuth sulfate, bismuth trioxide, bismuth carbonate, and sodium bismuthate. The above-described grease is used for the rolling bearing and the constant velocity joint. A coating film of at least one substance selected from among the bismuth and the inorganic bismuth is formed on surfaces of the rolling parts.

摘要： Extreme pressure additives may be added to greases to improve their lubricating properties, particularly to decrease friction and wear of parts that are exposed to very high pressures. Molybdenum disulfide is frequently used as an extreme pressure additive. However, molybdenum disulfide is expensive, has limited availability, and may have adverse environmental effects. This invention discloses an extreme pressure additive and grease formulation where the amount of molybdenum disulfide is reduced through the addition of calcium carbonate while the performance characteristics of the grease are maintained or improved. The extreme pressure additive may comprise about 20% molybdenum sulfide and about 80% calcium carbonate, by weight.
