摘要： A confocal laser scanning mode interferene contrast microscope comprises a laser source, an illuminating optical system for condensing a light beam from the laser source and forming a light spot on an object to be examined, a condensing optical system for condensing the light beam from the object to be examined on a detecting surface, a detecting device for detecting the light beam condensed on the detecting surface, the detecting device having a substrate formed with a channel waveguide and two light detecting elements, the channel waveguide having a double mode channel waveguide having an entrance end surface on the detecting surface and a waveguide fork which forks the double mode channel waveguide into two channel waveguides, the two detecting elements detecting lights propagated through the two channel waveguides, a scanning device for moving the object to be examined and the light spot relative to each other, and a signal processing device for producing differential information of the object to be examined by the detection signals of the detecting elements.

摘要： An identifier managing device is used in a software distribution system in which software programs are distributed to distribution terminals from a distribution center through a network, for managing information including identifiers of the distribution terminals. A host computer in the distribution center sells the software programs corresponding to the request from users at the distribution terminals, each of which is assigned a terminal identifier and a terminal password. Each of the users is assigned a user identifier and a user password. A distribution identifier is written in the software programs before the software programs are sold, and the host computer manages the history of the distribution of the software using these identifiers and the passwords. The terminal password is rewritten whenever the terminal accesses the host computer for preventing illegal duplications of the software programs at the users end.

摘要： An electron tube is disclosed in which an envelope glass bulb and a glass stem having an electron gun assembly mounted thereon and accommodated within the bulb are sealed to each other. The sealed interface portion between the bulb and the stem incorporates concentrically with the electron gun assembly a metallic ring member made of an alloy or metal material having a good bonding ability to the glass materials of the bulb and the stem. The sealing is effected by a high frequency heating of the metallic ring member. An ohmic heating may be additionally used.

摘要： Remote installation system and method for enabling a user to obtain any software through a communication line and automatically install it without taking a long time and requiring labor. A host computer transmits first and second key tables and to a terminal and a display displays keywords, included in these tables on a screen. The user selects keywords, which correspond to his target software, on the screen and the host computer sends a list of software, which corresponds to the keywords he selected, to the terminal. He selects his target software prom the list which is informed to the host computer. The host computer selects it from a software group and stores it on a hard disk of the terminal through a communication line, after checking its operation circumstances using a circumstance file. It is automatically registered in the system and its drive icon is displayed in a storage window. A sub-directory for a distribution destination is automatically created corresponding to the selected software thereby reducing the user's workload.
