摘要: A wheel hub bearing unit includes a hub rotatable about an axis and having a flange connectable with a wheel, an inner ball raceway and an inner roller raceway. An outer ring is connectable with the vehicle and disposed about the hub and has an outer ball raceway and an outer roller raceway. A plurality of balls roll upon the inner and outer ball raceways and a plurality of tapered rollers roll upon the inner and outer roller raceways. A contact angle between the balls and the ball raceways has a value between ten degrees and forty degrees. Each line extending through ball inner and outer contact points intersects with a line extending through a roller midpoint circle at a vertex, the vertex being spaced from a midpoint of a spacing line segment between ball and roller pitch circles by an axial distance of no greater than 7.5 millimeters.

摘要: A hub-bearing unit with an axis of rotation includes a stationary, radially external ring, a radially internal flanged hub, rotatable about the axis and including a first shoulder, a second shoulder, a first relief groove, and a section (SR) radially opposite the first relief groove. At least one row of rolling bodies is interposed between the external ring and the flanged hub. The hub-bearing unit includes a first radial ball bearing and a second radial ball bearing interposed between a stem of a constant velocity joint and the flanged hub and opposite the first shoulder and the second shoulder. The second ball bearing mounts inside a seat of the flanged hub and a spacer axially abuts the second shoulder and mounts inside the seat between the second shoulder and the second ball bearing. The seat includes a second relief groove formed in an axially external position relative to section (SR).

摘要: The inspection device of the swing forging apparatus includes an inspection tool and a laser irradiation surface. When inspecting the swing forging apparatus, the inspection tool is supported to the head to which the processing roll is not supported, with a substantially same condition as the processing roll, and the inspection tool has a function of emitting a laser beam onto a central axis of the inspection tool. When inspecting the swing forging apparatus, the laser irradiation surface is arranged so that a relative position of the laser irradiation surface to the head in an axial direction of the head can be changed and the laser beam can be irradiated to the laser irradiation surface.

The roller bearing contains an outer ring which, on an outer peripheral face, is at least partially equipped with a first threaded element and at least one inner ring, and a wheel carrier with a mounting hole. A wall of the mounting hole is at least partially equipped with a second threaded element that is provided for mechanical engagement with the first threaded element. According to the disclosure, the outer ring and the wheel carrier each have at least one contact face, which are provided to come into mutual mechanical contact when the roller bearing is mounted in the wheel carrier.

摘要: A wheel bearing for a motor vehicle is provided with an outer ring, an inner ring arranged at least partially inside the outer ring, and with a longitudinal axis extending in the axial direction of the outer ring and of the inner ring from a vehicle inner side to a vehicle outer side. The inner ring is provided with a flange section on its end facing the vehicle inner side having a first section at the point that is farthest from axial center of the outer ring, and with a second section which forms a contact surface for attaching a brake disk. The flange section is formed stepped in such a way, so that the contact surface for attaching the brake disk is arranged offset relative to the section of the flange section at the farthest point from the axial center of the outer ring in the axial direction toward the vehicle inner side, and so that an at least a partially circumferential projection is located on the side opposite the contact surface for attaching the brake disk.

摘要: A method for manufacturing a rolling bearing unit is provided to periodically reciprocate a stage (38) in a vertical direction by rotating and driving a servo motor (44) while rotating a roll about a central axis of a hub main body using a roll driving motor (43) in a state in which a processing surface of the roll is pressed against other end surface of a caulking section in an axial direction. A period of the reciprocation is restricted by a relation between a rotation position of the roll about the central axis of the hub main body and an engaged state between concave sections, which are sections between a plurality of processed teeth formed in the processing surface of the roll, and a face spline tooth formed by the concave section.
