摘要: A communications device 100, which performs data communication, includes an AC cycle sensor 30 which is connected to a power line 106 supplied with an a.c. voltage and generates a synchronous signal SS at timing of an a.c. voltage waveform AC of the power line 106; a data communicator 10 for performing data communication; and a communications controller 20 which performs communication of a control signal including information showing at least one of a communications device and a communications standard and controls the data communicator 101. When the a.c. voltage supplied to the power line 106 is an N-phase and when the cycle of the a.c. voltage waveform is T, data communication to be performed in a communication period subsequent to the period is controlled on the basis of the control signal included in the period of T/2M on condition that M is a natural multiple of N.

摘要: Polymer dispersing agent comprising a graft polymer prepared by graft-polymerizing an organopolysiloxane having a mercapto group on the side chain with at least one acrylic or methacrylic monomer, and epoxy resin composition comprising epoxy resin, silicone resin and the above polymer dispersing agent. The polymer dispersing agent has an excellent effect for dispersing the silicone resin into the epoxy resin, and thereby the epoxy resin composition thus prepared has high dispersion stability and exhibits improved impact resistance and relaxation of residual internal stress and is useful as a sealing agent for IC, a coating agent, a paint composition, an adhesive, and a prepreg.

摘要: An electric heater comprises a braid construction of a plurality of strands having electric resistance, thereby the strands are heated due to a Joule heat when a current flows therethrough. The strands are braided with a core wire of tube or without cores. These strands are placed in two core wires dielectrically insulated, which core wires have exposed portions formed therein in a shape of semi-circle or arc-like at a regular interval mutually. The core wires are covered with an insulator laid thereon and an electric heating element is wound around the insulator covering in a large spiral. A C-shaped fixing piece made of metal is used to be adapted on the exposed portions of the core wires. Then the opening of the C shape of the fixing piece is pressed toward each other to close it. Claws, formed on the inner face of the fixing piece, grip firmly the strands of the heater element to the core wires.
