摘要: The present invention is characterized in that in a metal-core multilayer printed wiring board (1) which is obtained by forming one or more of at least inner layers of a laminate having a insulating layer and a conductor layer stacked alternately from a metal plate and has the metal plate as a core, the metal plate (13) is disposed below a site on which a heating element (10) is to be mounted, a surface layer over which the heating element (10) is to be mounted is connected to the metal plate (13) of the inner layer via a BVH (12) and a heat radiation layer (14) is formed over the surface layer. The present invention makes it possible to efficiently radiate heat, which has been released from the heating element, to the outside of the printed wiring board without impairing the packaging density of circuits and at the same time, to mount another element on the side opposite to the side on which the heating element exists.

摘要: An electronic device includes a front panel made of resin. The front panel is disposed on the front side of an organic electroluminescent display panel and functions as the front surface of the electronic device; and an adhesive agent layer formed between the organic electroluminescent display panel and the front panel. The organic electroluminescent display panel is fixed to the front panel via the adhesive agent layer. This structure is able to reduce a load applied to the organic electroluminescent display panel and ensure shock resistance for the organic electroluminescent display panel.

摘要: An MRI apparatus having a configuration that reduces vibration of a static magnetic field generating source is provided. A closed vessel 2 of the static magnetic field generating source is provided with a rigid structure 4 for preventing transmission of vibration generated from a gradient magnetic field generating part 21 to other members via the closed vessel 2. The rigid structure 4 uses, for example, a connecting part 4 that connects a face 25 on the imaging space side and a face 26 confronting it. The rigidity of the closed vessel is thereby increased, and therefore vibration transmitted from the gradient magnetic field generating part can be reduced. The connecting part can have a through-hole structure, and in such a case, internal space of through-hole can be used for drawing cables.

摘要: Motor-control device for an image forming apparatus includes a motor, an encoder, a microcomputer, and a driving circuit. The encoder generates a pulse signal in response to rotation of the motor. The microcomputer includes a CPU, a RAM and a ROM. The CPU detects actual rotational speed of the motor based upon the pulse signal generated by the encoder. The CPU cyclically provides a driving signal by comparing the actual rotational speed with a predetermined target rotational speed of the motor. An operating cycle is proportional to a cycle of the pulse signal generated by the encoder. The driving circuit drives the motor based upon the driving signal provided by the CPU. The CPU determines the operating cycle based upon the predetermined target rotational speed. The CPU also determines whether the motor condition is normal or abnormal by comparing the driving signal with a predetermined reference driving signal.
