摘要: A copper alloy suitable for use as the material of a heat exchanger contains 1 to 4.5 wt % of Zn, 1.0 to 2.5 wt %, preferably 1.5 to 2.0 wt % of Sn, 0.005 to 0.05 wt %, preferably 0.01 to 0.04% of P, and the balance substantially Cu and inevitable impurities, and has grain size not greater than 0.015 mm, preferably below 0.01 mm. The alloy exhibits high resistance levels to corrosion such as stress corrosion cracking, dezincification corrosion and so forth, as well as superior workability, strength and solder wettability, and, hence, can suitably be used as the materials of the constituents of a heat exchanger such as tanks, tube plates and tubes.

摘要: A copper alloy having satisfactory pressability and a method of manufacturing this alloy. The alloy contains: 0.1 to 0.4% (weight %) of Fe, 0.05 to 0.20% of Ti, 0.003 to 0.10% of Mg, 0.5 to 1.5% of Sn, and 0.01 to 1.0% of any one or two or all of the elements Zn, Ni and Co, the rest consisting of Cu except for impurities. The method comprises the steps of: hot-working this alloy; cold-working and annealing the hot-worked alloy one or more times, batch-annealing it at least once at 400.degree. to 600.degree. C. for 30 to 600 minutes and keeping the final cold-working ratio at 60% or less; and performing low-temperature annealing of the alloy at a temperature of 250.degree. to 400.degree. C.

摘要: A print apparatus includes a selection unit, a print unit and control unit. The selection unit categorizes a curve-shape of a print target surface into one specific shape pattern among a plurality of shape patterns having shapes whose degrees of curving are different from each other. The print unit has a recording head that applies ink on the print target surface. The control unit controls the print unit to set an ink amount to be applied at the edge parts of the print target surface to predetermined amount which is set corresponding to the specific shape pattern.

摘要: An aquarium-cleaning device, particularly an aquarium-cleaning device in which spent grain charcoal is used as formed charcoal. The formed charcoal provided by drying, forming, and carbonizing organic substances produced in food industries is used as a microorganism carrier. Such problems with a conventional device that the structure of the aquarium-cleaning device is complicated, the washing operation thereof is troublesome, and a filter medium must be frequently replaced can be solved by using the spent grain charcoal performing higher water-quality purification than a conventional activated charcoal as an aquarium-cleaning material.

摘要: An animal trap for capturing a small-weight animal. The animal trap includes a capturing enclosure 12 provided with a first entrance 11, a swing plate 13, provided in an approach 15 of an animal entered from the first entrance 11, for plugging up the first entrance 11 by swinging forward, and a locking mechanism 14 for temporarily locking the swing plate 13 so that the swing plate 13 swung to plug up the first entrance 11 does not swing back. The temporary locking mechanism 14 includes a first lock part 21A and a second lock part 21B that are disposed in a front end part of the swing plate 13. The lock parts are constructed to have mutually different heights at which the swing plate 13 is temporarily locked. When an animal enters, the swing plate 13 swings to plug up the first entrance 11, and it is temporarily locked. The swing plate 13 can be swung by a small weight.

摘要: A nail print apparatus includes a print head and a display control unit. The print head performs printing on a plurality of fingernails. The display control unit distinguishes between an under-printing fingernail and a not-under-printing fingernail to display the fingernails. The under-printing fingernail is a fingernail under printing performed by the print head. The not-under-printing fingernail is a fingernail not under printing performed by the print head.

摘要: An ink layer block (7) including ink droplet jetting nozzles is provided so as to be movable relative to each of a plurality of ultrasonic generation heads (1). The ink layer block (7) also includes two or more different ink layers (4, 5). There are a plurality of printing modes. When one printing mode is selected and set, the ink layer block (7) is moved such that a corresponding ink layer is moved to an associated head. Then, the ink in that ink layer is jetted out as droplets onto a recording target by ultrasonic waves generated by the head, thereby recording an image (FIG. 1).
