摘要: In an actuator drive control device for an active vibration isolation support system, accumulated time of eight time intervals tn of crank pulses which are outputted at every 15 degrees of a crank angle in a vibration period corresponding to 120 degrees of the crank angle, and average accumulated time shown by a straight line connecting a start point and an end point of the line of the accumulated time are calculated. Eight deviations Δtn are calculated by subtracting the average accumulated time from the accumulated time. A variation waveform of the deviations Δtn corresponds to a variation waveform of the time interval tn of the crank pulses attributable only to the engine vibration with the influence of a variation in the engine rotational speed Ne being eliminated. Therefore, the vibration isolation function of an active vibration isolation support system can be effectively executed by controlling an actuator of the active vibration isolation support system based on the engine vibration which is estimated from the variation waveform of the time interval tn. Thus, the active vibration isolation support system is precisely controlled by accurately estimating a vibration state of the engine when the engine rotational speed increases and decreases.

摘要: A failure detecting apparatus for a hydraulic circuit of a gearbox includes an operating-state detector. The operating-state detector is configured to detect an operating state of a subject to be controlled with a control-signal pressure output from a solenoid valve. A current setting device is configured to set an electrical current supplied to a solenoid so as to close an output oil passage when a modulator valve is normal and to open the output oil passage when an open failure occurs in the modulator valve, while the solenoid valve is conductive. A failure determining device is configured to detect a failure of the modulator valve when the operating state of the subject to be detected by the operating-state detector is abnormal after a value of the electrical current to be supplied to the solenoid is set at the current setting device.

摘要: A tape drive receives multiple write requests for data pieces and a synchronization request corresponding to the write requests from a device, performs a synchronization process, and returns a completion status of the synchronization request. The tape drive includes a write controller that stores data pieces transferred from the device in the buffer, according to a first write request, receives a first synchronization request and then a subsequent write request for at least one data piece, and returns the completion status when processing for the first synchronization request is completed and the subsequent write request is received with a command queuing function.

摘要: An electrophoretic display unit includes a first protective substrate, a second protective substrate, and an electrophoretic display panel disposed between the first and second protective substrates. The electrophoretic display panel includes an element board having a display region, an electrophoretic sheet which includes an electrophoretic layer, and a friction-reducing member which is the outermost layer of the electrophoretic display panel. The electrophoretic sheet faces the first protective substrate and is attached to the element board. The friction-reducing member faces the first protective substrate, and is made of a material that allows the coefficient of friction between the friction-reducing member and the first protective substrate to be less than or equal to the coefficient of friction between the element board and the second protective substrate.

摘要: The present invention is to accommodate a large number of users required in a digital radio communication system and to prevent communication quality from deteriorating. The present invention is to prevent the occurrence of a delay by adding a process for restricting packet assignment for a call having low communication quality. When the average DRC value is equal to or smaller than a threshold, assigned slots are thinned out to improve communication quality for radio terminals close to cell boundaries and to increase the number of radio terminals accommodated. As a method for thinning out assigned slots, packets received from an upper level unit of a radio base station are, for example, discarded before transmission as long as the lowest limit sound quality is maintained. With this operation, the lowest limit sound quality is ensured.

摘要: An energy saving service offering method and apparatus are provided, in which a present electric power consumption of a supervised load facility of a user, who owns the supervised load facility, including a motor, and who desires to save energy, and inverter control operation data produced when an inverter has been installed in the supervised load facility and performing a motor speed control operation are determined. Further, a merit refund corresponding to saved electric power consumption determined by referring to a difference between said present electric power consumption data and the inverter control operation data is calculated. Finally, a charge and billing operation based on the merit refund under contract conditions established between a energy saving service provider and its contractor is performed.
